Can't access the battery but I rarely did with phones that I could. Battery life not the greatest but adequate. Got a good price with a price match with an online retailer so pretty happy with purchase. Total Wireless service would be a totally separate review and definitely not five stars.

I was a little leery because this has never happened before. Tried to exchange it but they refused. I have been dealing with total wireless for years and love their phone. Should I be paranoid or not. Would feel a lot better if someone could explain this. Not satisfied with the way my phone was packaged is the reason for the low ratings. I even asked if I purchased this same phone from the store opened it and the cover and battery was separate would I be able to exchange and the answer was no.

My major problem is I have to constantly restart or put in airplane mode for a few seconds to receive texts. It was supposed to have a better camera than the Luna and I notice no difference. My Luna Pro performed much better, but it's not a bad phone for $100.
