I have had every note phone so far and this one is the best , I love extra gadget stuff and it satisfies that need, I bought the edge case and the Gear S to go with it and it works well with them, had the phone since day one and no problems

The phone works great and has good response time. The extra screen gives you a quick way to change apps. It has everything the note 4 has so it's basically the same phone with an extra screen.

I generally like Samsung phones. I'm a huge fan of the Note 3. But this phone was more gimmicky than useful. My hand kept hitting the edge screen by mistake, triggering something i didn't want. And i kept getting brief notices down the side screen, that i couldn't read before it disappeared. .. i actually returned the phone within the 14 day exchange period, and got the note 5, which i love

Bought a phone but noticed a fracture in the screen that could only be seen when turned off. Tried to return the same day later that afternoon and was refused a replacement because they "do not deal with broken screens after phones are purchased" even when it was purchased 2 hrs earlier.

Loving the phone and its features, it's a must get for Christmas coming up.

I literally stalked this phone for months! I first saw the prototype on a video of the CES show a couple years ago. Sammy was showing a look into the future. This is nothing compared to what may be coming down the pike. The edge screen really comes in handy and you can store app shortcuts there which extends space on the homescreen. It also can display news feeds, weather and all sorts of stuff! I know that's run on tizen and ive got no doubt that more and more apps for it will be developed. Love love love the night clock! You set the hours you want it to be an always on clock. Great for middle of the night time checks since its dim and non blinding to sleepy eyes! When i first got it, the battery life was scaring me as it seemed to drain really fast. I could barely get through a day. However, there must have been an update or something because its great now. Usually down 50-65% by days end. Plenty for me! The cam res is fabulous as are video playbacks and images. I've found myself saying 'wow'out loud more than once!. The speaker is much improved over the note 2, i can actually hear the caller on speaker without holding it up to my ear! I picked it up the day it released and there is still so much i still have to explore! It does have a bit of a learning curve, even when coming from a note 2. I love being an early adopter and am very happy with the phone! It's probably not for everyone, but it sure works for me :-) i can hardly wait to see more curved and flexible screens from Sammy down the road! If you love cutting edge tech and are willing to spring the coin, then this phone is for you! The down side is the lack of accessories. Cases are far and few between and since its a limited edition soft release phone, i wonder how many will produce aftermarket accessories. The flip cover from Sammy is still the best one availble based on my incessant searches and a few purchases. The note 4 stuff does NOT work. Still hoping someone will make a real leather, nice folio for it with a snap closure rather than magnetic. I was bummed to hear back from Spigen that they have no plans to produce cases :-( But if not, i still have no regrets! Hope this helps you to decide what's best for you!

I switched from an iphone to this one and i fell in love! I chose this one over the iphone 6 plus. The camera is awesome &clear, it's easy to use, responsive, clear vivid graphics,stylus is great! The edge makes it so easy to check email,twitter,Facebook, instagram,call,text. The phone is loud & clear. I switched from verizon to sprint. I am pleased so far! This was the best decision! Thank you samsung!

I love the size of the phone and ease of use. I wish there were more options for the case. The curves edge is a wonderful creation!

One of the first people to have the phone and it's fun showing it off to people. It really can do a lot of great things that are actually practical to my job. The edge notification window is slick, resolution is out of this world clear, and camera is sharp as a pin in photo clarity. The down side is that it is a little large and I often feel like I'm going to drop it, and the battery. Some days its drained by noon, other days by 3pm. It's frustrating to always have to be plugging it in and ensuring it's going to have power when I need it. Might switch it for the S5, I had the S3 prior to this.

I would just like to relieve some of the frustration that I endured during my last purchase at Best Buy. I purchased an unlocked Samsung Note 4 Edge from Best Buy assuming that I would be receiving the exact item I bought; however, when I went overseas I was not able to use this phone at all because it was indeed locked. I tried calling the customer service from overseas right when I found out but couldn't reach anyone the whole time I was there. Then when I got back to the States, I asked them what they could do for me only to hear that they could give me $200 store credit for a phone that I bought for over $1000! I understand that it was past the return policy period but I think I'm in the right to be a little ticked off for ending up with an item that I didn't even order! Especially when the fact that it is not unlocked could not have been tested while I was in the states which is where I bought it. I thought this needed to be said and known by people before they purchase products from this company. I am really disappointed with this purchase I made and it really deters me from buying more from this company. I didn't just buy it from anyone, I bought it from Best Buy because I expected it to be a smooth transaction with satisfaction guaranteed. I was wrong. To be honest, I feel cheated and I would not have expected this kind of treatment from a reputable company like Best Buy.

This is my second Edge. First one, phone can't locate my location. This second edge phone take 10-15 min to sent or received a message. Constant miss call. I never have any problems with my Note 3. too bad my return date has pass if not i would get a Note 4 instead of this JUNK.
