I love the phone and all the features. I really enjoy the pen in an how updated the features are. Definitely recommend this phone to anyone who looks to be organized.

Great phone that is still kicking along today! We purchased this two years ago and it still kicking along today. As we do with all of our phones, they are immediately put into a very durable OtterBox protector setup that is top of the line and with a great screen protector. With periodic cleanings this phone still looks brand new. Today, works just as well and still serves every purpose we purchased it for. It is now being gifted to one of my daughters so the wife can get a new one!

Love my new phone. Was very easy to backup my old phones info and restore to new. Nice upgrade from note 9 to note 20 and I did not have to upgrade my 4g att account.

I love this Samsung Cell Phone. It has exceeded all expectations and will continue to learn all its capabilities and start using the pen to take photos with.

Ordering was easy and was delivered on time. The phone is nice with quality pictures. Still learning new options daily. Battery life us good.

This phone takes amazing pictures and videos! Low light pictures looks fantastic. I think it beats the iPhone 12 pro quality for sure, especially in low light.

Typical Samsung quality I've come to expect. Good battery life, quick navigation, and great visual quality. Great phone overall.

Both our old phones had micro cracks that were cutting our fingers. Love these phones. PICs are great and so is the video. Use mainly for work.

Really great phone, as I have upgraded from the note 8, which I loved as well. Functionality, memory, and great overall ease of use.

I went from Note 10 to Note 20. Battery life is awful. After browing Facebook, Reddit and doing some light internet research, for an hour I lost 20% battery life. Screen is flat and not curved like the Note 10. I, personally, like that. Makes choosing and putting on screen protectors easier. It doesn't really feel like an upgrade, but Samsung says it is, so it must be true. I am contacting Samsung about the battery life. If they tell me this is an anomaly, I will try to update my review

Love my Note 20! I wasn't a fan of the curved screens so really happy that they didn't put that. The camera is awesome!

I upgraded from a note 9 to the note 20 but the screen was cracked when I opened the box, so I had to return it ,only downside is limited space, but currently waiting for it to come back in stock...mmmm since 12/29/21 but its worth the wait ... I love the note series, originally hsd a iPhone 3gs and then the 4, became a "droider" since the note 4 will not go back.....now waiting patiently...

Great Phone! The only thing I didn’t like is the fingerprint sensor on screen! It takes amazing pictures!

This device does everything you need. Camera quality couple be better however its definitely an upgrade.

This phone is great, its better than an iPhone. I will recommend this to a friend.

I usually don't review phones but this is the best Samsung Note so far and they have chose to discontinue the Note line. What a shame
