Very long-lasting battery, power to do so many tasks at once. Camera takes extremely clear photos/videos. The capabilities of the stylus and the many uses it has with note-taking, drawing, etc ups the game for this phone. Only drawback is must use wireless earbuds/headphones as there is no jack - but not a big deal given most people are wireless anyway.

Been searching for a reliable and well designed phone for a while, 6 months or so. Finally purchased this new Samsung Note 20. Very happy with my purchase. It is a fast phone and not too big, perfect size. The only drawback is it does not have an SD card, but I hear none of new Samsung phones, S, does not have the card either. I hope they add that feature to their Samsung future phones.

I came from an S10+. This phone is great. It's similar in size to an S10+ and doesn't have the beveled edge so it's easier to hold than the S10+. It's also incredibly fast and I didn't think I'd like the stylus but I do.

Order was fast and easy, received an amazing deal on the phone, pick up was super easy and convenient. The phone is amazing I love the screen size and all the extra accessibility the s pen gives. Sound is clear and loud, camera quality is great, so happy to have a flat screen again instead of the curved design of the edge. Super easy to use has to be my favorite phone I've had so far!

Love this phone very easy to use great camera very fast as far as opening apps.

I should have done much more research on this phone before purchasing. The cons: It did not come with headphones! because there is no phone jack for headphones!!!!! There is no sd card! You can NOT replace the battery! The back of the phone feels very cheap & hollow. The charger does not have a USB side. The charger is so short! You cannot use this with most USB chargers like in the car, you'll have to buy an adapter for it. The pros: The sound quality is excellent especially compared to my old phone (Note 4). The clarity of images is great. In case you missed it... There is no jack for headphones!

Great purchase. Being a senior citizen, I needed a screen I could easily see.i do not need to use my cheaters when reading emails or surfing the web. Love the stylus. Still learning how to use it but so far so good.

Upgraded my Galaxy S8 to this Note20. Initially it was a little overwhelming, but am glad I chose this model. It is smooth on the screen touch, apps are very responsive. I am enjoying using the stylus that comes with this line. Wished the Galaxy line had an inclusive stylus but that might compete too much with the Note line. Either way, a great phone! I would recommend anyone (I'm in the tech industry) to get this phone. Even those others that are creative may enjoy the phone. Even got it at a great price!

Great battery life, great camera. Almost every phone I've had has been a Samsung. They always perform well. I upgraded from the Note 8 and its definitely a step up.

Love the Note 20, the looks and speed of this device have not let me down. I can browse the net fast and take amazing photos. If your looking for a new phone and 5g coverage, look no further.

I love my new phone - I bought this phone to replace an older Galaxy 8+. I know the phone does alot more than I'm using it for but because I'm not really tech saavy - I can't really comment on the features of the phone that I don't use. However, the cameral feature is fantastic and produces very clear pictures. The sound quality for media is also an upgrade from my previous phone. the phone is very sleek and easy to handle. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this as an early Father's Day present for my husband. He enjoys its size and the fact that it has a stylus. It is great for viewing videos and writing notes.

The cellular is the same as the S10E it is much faster, better camara, and the battery last much lomger. The note on the cellular is a very practicle idea that can be delated.

Love this phone. Still serving its purpose and usefulness after more than 3 years. Does what it needs to do and more.

Great phone! I love the reactiveness of the pen on the screen. I have always been a fan of the "Note." I took a big leap from the Note 4, which has lasted me forever, to this Note 20. The Note 20 is a fantastic phone and expect it to last as long as the Note 4 I have had for over 4 years......

This phone is everything I thought it would be and more. I read a ton of reviews about and had some questions about it but they were put to ease after I got the phone. I use my phone for many things and it works great. People bash the camera but it was high quality pictures that I take. I'm not big into reviewing the design and placement of things because all phones vary and that's a personal preference.

Upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy 9 to this...so much nicer. Bigger and much faster and able to connect to 5G.

Love this phone. Responsive and more memory than my S9. Good camera and much better Bluetooth connectivity range.

I got this phone to replace my old broken phone. This phone wasn’t my first choice because of price but I have to say it is so worth it! I love it. All it’s features, screen recording blew my mind, where I can record whatever is on my screen and share it is totally convenient for me. The stylo is a feature my kids love for drawing on the notepad. And I am astonished it comes with office. I can do homework on the go! Super satisfied and I love it!
