I am thoroughly enjoying this product. Having upgtaded from the Galaxy S4. It would have ben nice to be able to change out battery though. Camera is superb, The speed is phenominal.

I really like this phone except for one extremely annoying thing. I have two email accounts set up on it, one personal and one business. It automatically deletes emails through no action of my own. I mentioned it to the Samsung rep and he tried to download a patch. He finally suggested I take it to the Samsung service center and the rep there wiped it and I had to re-configure everything, re-load apps, etc. He felt it was a corrupt software issue. Nothing has done any good to fix it. I receive a lot of business email and if I need to reply or view a previously received email chances are it's not there any more! Previously I had an HTC One for 2 1/2 years (email configured the same way) and never had this problem to deal with. Very annoying!! Other than that I like the phone...great camera also. Not sure if this is the just my phone or whether this is a known issue with the Note 5. If it is I haven't been able to find anything or a fix on the web.

I had an S6 before this and was afraid the Note 5 would seem too big. But I'm so glad I got it. Battery life kills the S6 and the larger screen makes everything better.

Sharp images on the screen, good clear camera. I prefer the android system for ease of use. Audio quality of the phone is good. Speaker phone sounds better than others.

The screen quality is excellent. The weight of the phone is nice. Samsung did a good job on this phone. The phone functions well. The S pen is easier to access.

This phone is a very good phone, it is easier to understand how it works than the Galaxy 5. The stylus is nice addition to the Note 5. I recommend this phone.

The phone is sleek and fast. Upgraded from the Note 3 and glad I did. However, the phone does get a little warm to the touch when left on the charger too long.

I am a techie guy, and this is definitely the best android phone I have ever used. It looks amazing and has incredible performance, plus the screen is awesome.

Have wanted a Galaxy note for awhile, totally in love with the white phone, the screen and the s-pen note features and the camera and clarity are wonderful.

I have been very pleased with this phone. It is easy to use and handy for an older user.The larger image screen is easy to see and extremely clear.

Love all the features and the Camara is good quality. The stylus makes it nice when you need to take a quick note and no pen or paper are around.

Phone performs exceptionally well. Battery will last you through the day but not much more. I would recommend a battery pack of you al ways have your phone in your hand. Screen is perfect. Back gets a little slippery at times... I would recommend a case ... the one I have is the slim fit tech 22 and I love it. Camera is the best on a phone I have ever seen... takes better photos than my 600 sony. Overall well worth the money and if you are worried about no SD card... just use Google Drive and one drive and you can get an extra 45gb or more for free.

Great large screen easy switchING from s5 to Note. Battery is great, but not replaceable. S5 was great but after 2 years it needed new battery.

I've owned the Note 2 and 4, and I got to say this is the best phone I've ever used. It combines great materials matched to perfect dimensions. It fits in the hand perfectly as the back side is curved. The screen is probably the best screen on the market at the moment, and if you like taking pictures this phone is held in high regards. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a bigger screen without carrying a huge phone.

The camera is high quality for a phone camera. I like the double speaker setting when you call someone and its big screen is very helpful.

The interface is different than my note 3, but I love it! This phone is smooth and sleek. Battery is much better than before too!

Phone is great only thing lacking is the memory card option on this phone exchange processor is snappy and multitasking is a breeze

Still learning all about this phone, but I loved it the moment I bought it. After several months deciding on this or an Iphone upgrade (I've had all kinds of brands!) it was the Samsung sales rep at the Walden Galleria, Cheektowaga, NY that sold me on the phone! Being able to sign up for workshops to learn about the phone with someone who knows the Samsung products was a huge plus and sealed my deal on this purchase. Kudos to Samsung for providing this service at Best Buy. Did I say I LOVE this phone!?!
