Last time I tried to switch couldn't even find phone function on Galaxy 4 or 5. This time I've progressed up the learning curve, but stylus use is a bit on the complicated side due to auto menu pop-up. Need class to learn how to use on keypad without writing on screen. Freezes once in awhile which is what I was told by a smartphone sales rep. Good screen size and functionality. With excellent camera & sound quality. Mirroring on Samsung tv not seamless, but may be a few more tricks I could learn to make it so. Hope we will be happy together for at least the next couple years to come.

This is a really great phone. I was worried it would be too big but its not, its just right. Makes it easier to read emails and texts. Love that I can make a grocery list without even turning on the phone. Charges super fast and holds charge for a long time. I was planning to get the S6 but when I got to Best Buy and tested both models I decided to go with the note and I am so glad I did.

This phone is freaking sweat not a fan of big phones but this phone isn't as big as it looks you get used to it real quick. The phone is very fast the multi screen is very handy. Owned a HTC One x+ loved it but have to say the note 5 is a very good competitor note 5 is in the lead right now. Best camera I've ever had on a phone. I could recommend this phone to everyone

Had an Apple iPhone for 5 years before I switched over to the Galaxy Note 5. It's much larger than my previous phones, but I'm loving all of the extra things that it can do. The S Pen is very handy for jotting down notes really quick or being able to take a screen capture that extends to get a whole article. I intend on using this phone for a very long time.

    A Few Issues

Last month I upgraded my Note2 for Note5. I have no complaints about the phone, it works perfectly. But a few things could be better. 1. I hate AT&T payment plan. Would've rather paid up front than stringing out payments (plus interest) for 2 years. 2. Device storage (32gb) is a plus, but like my trusty sd card. 3. The data cable is mal-functioning, and only a few weeks of use. 4. Love accessories: headphones, extra nibs for stylus, and tool for sim card removal. Looking forward to Note6 and 7 How about a 6 in screen!!

I had a Samsung phone and switched to an iPhone. So glad to have a Samsung back. This phone is awesome! easy to read screen, very fast, and great options. The new charger with no cord needed is an great feature. Just lay the phone on it an away it charges.

I purchased this as my old phone was failing. I was apprehensive about the larger size of the phone as compared with others but I have grown accustomed to it. This phone is fast and reliable. The built in stylus to draw with or take notes works well and is very responsive. I have no complaints about this phone.

This is by far the best phone I've owned. I love the big screen size; I don't have any trouble keeping the phone in my front pants pocket. I've had the phone for 4 months and haven't detected any signs of slow processing like I had with previous Samsung Galaxies. I'm still getting used to using the stylus.

This is an amazing phone. I just switched from apple so it has taken some time to figure everything out, but it was well worth it. The camera is phenomenal it all light conditions. The S-pen is very handy. The only drawback, and I mean the ONLY drawback is there aren't a lot of cases available for it.

I love the larger screen of the Note5 (I had the S4). NOT too large to hold in my small hands. I thought about going back to the competition when upgrading because I'm not very techy, but I'm SO glad I didn't. I LOVE my new device and navigating through the settings and apps is much easier!

So far I really like my note 5. I had just gotten the 6sedge and I was just not happy with it. I tool the 6s back and got the note 5. The size, awesome, I can see again !! The stylus, yes, I missed it on the 6s. While I do miss the "edge" I can live without it. I love the orginization I have with this phone. Coming from the note 4 edge, then to the 6s edge was a big difference, back into the Note 5 I feel I am home again :)

Samsung's Sleek Successor with Some Setbacks

Samsung really knows how to design stylish products. The Note 5 is definitely one of the sharpest looking smartphones in the market today. However, looks aside, there are a some things that made me give this phone a 3 out of 5 stars. First off, this phone is a fingerprint magnet. I wish Samsung used some kind of anti fingerprint coating on the screen and since the back casing is a shiny plastic/metal finish, it can also attract fingerprints everywhere. Speaking of back casing, if you're trying to add additional micro sd card memory, sorry to disappoint you, but Samsung has followed the Apple business model by creating a back case that is not removable. The new S-pen is pretty neat with it's clickable pen contraption, but in terms of practicality, it is pretty inconvenient. I've owned previous predecessors of the Note phones and this one takes an extra step to remove the S-pen because you have to click it first and then pull. Aside from the new S-pen, the Note 5 has a new processor than its previous iterations. The new Note 5 has a Exynos processor instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon. What does this mean? It means that Samsung has used a new processor that consolidates the CPU, GPU, ram, and storage into one single chip. The only drawback from this new processor is that the phone's speed will be reduced when you run multiple apps. This new chip is definitely a jack of all trades but master of none :(. On a positive note, the screen is absolutely gorgeous, with 4K viewing capabilities and IPS panel that enables you to view the screen from all angles with great clarity. The camera is also able to record at 4k which is really impressive! Another awesome feature of the Note 5 is the ability to wireless charge your Phone. Just lay it on top of the wireless charger and it charges. Although, the battery life on the Note 5 is already quite impressive, I feel like I charge my phone every other day... crazy! Overall, the Samsung Note 5 is very stylish phone with some drawbacks, but if you can look past the bloatware, fingerprints, and other minor issues, this is a solidly built phone with updated technology and Android OS.

With excellent build quality, zippy performance, awesome camera and the best screen on the market, you cannot go wrong with this device. The quick charge (both wired and wireless) works very well. Only issue i have is the un removable bloatware on the at&t model.
