1-10, it's a 10. Very good quality phone. Offers a lot. It's a mini hand held computer. It will practically do the work for you if you want it to. The hands free drive mode is cool. Picture quality is better than most cameras, clear and bright. Everything about tHis phone Is easily operated. Glass I chose the Samsung galaxy S3.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is an amazing phone that has a better battery life than that of my old HTC G2. Also, it's much lighter and it has a fabulous screen. The HD Super Amoled screen is easy to see in sunlight and does not cause it to reflect much. The Gorilla Glass is very helpful for it does not pick oil greases or scratches easily. Besides that there are lots of bells and whistles - Android fun apps. I thoroughly enjoy the new phone for the past six weeks.

I text quite a bit and take lots of pictures with the phone. There seems to be a new folder created every couple of days. When I look for a picture, I have to remember which folder, or go in and out of all the folders. I have to figure that out. Something is wrong. I also haven't figured out how to make it go into the thumbnail view when I'm looking for a photo. I get the little thumbnails across the bottom, but I want the whole screen to show all of them. It starts out ok, but when I look at one, then it throws me back to the beginning and it's very annoying. My HTC Evo was very neat with viewing photos. The Galaxy III has good speaker sound, but the ring sound could be better. The Google Maps is often very weird when it tries to locate my current position. I have enabled what I think are the correct settings, but it will stray off, going for a little cruise about a mile away before settling down to where I actually am. A couple of times, when I needed to make a decision to turn or not, it was way too slow to be useful. I'll say that for the most part, it's a nice device, but I'm not in love with it, and probably never will be. My old phone was so good in so many ways.

I upgraded my phone from an iphone 4 to this one. Fairly speaking, this one's display isn't as good as iphone. But this one has better sound quality. And from my point of view, I think this one looks better. The only problem that I don't really like about this one is the battery life is really really short, very inconvenient!!!

Like many I previously had the Iphone and switched to the S3 in hope for a more full filling experience. Sense I use many Google app's I took the plunge. I can say I love the phone, calendar and most of the app's including the camera. I like the multitude of social media sharing options. I can take a picture and send it almost anywhere. Samsung has done an amazing job adding many custom functions to the phone, but has also adding some needless Samsung apps as did AT&T which are easily turned off. I will also say that there is a long learning curve when it comes to customizing, adding widgets and getting "better" battery life. The "Iphone" is much easier when comes to most tasks and setting app's. On the other hand you can not customize the "Iphone" completely to your personal style and function. As for BATTERY LIFE......I basically TURN OFF the S3's mobile data when I do not need to get emails or go on the internet. Now I get extremely good battery life. In 9 hours I am at 75%, not bad. But, if you do use a lot of data I do recommend getting an extended battery because you will go thru battery quick, but I have heard the same for the Iphone 5. For better battery life check out the Motorola RAZR HD, I have heard very good battery life from that phone, but it is Verizon only. In short...I strongly recommend this phone unless battery life is the main thing for ya!

Bought this phone from my daughter as the iPhone she had was getting old and needed to be replaced. Screen is larger, battery life seems longer and I can easily add more memory with an SD card which I am unable to do on the iPhone.

Although I really like the camera and screen size, the sound during calls is not very clear. I would like to be able to customize my text messages ringtones. The phone is good I need to charge daily. I think it is way overpriced for the lack of clarity during calls and screen in the light.

This is a great phone. Does everything you need it to do and packed with many nice features. I was a prior iPhone user and was a little apprehensive of switching to a droid based phone but it has proven to be a great move. I enjoy the larger screen for viewing videos and web browsing and I love that I can view web pages that are rich in flash content. It's like browsing the web with a laptop.
The touch screen is very responsive and is very close to being just as fluid as apple products. Honestly, I have not had any issues with any kind of lag. Also, part of my reason for switching from apple was that I grew a little tired of the lack of customization to the layout of the screens.
May not ever go back to iPhone.

screen size good for viewing many different apps, must charge battery at least twice a day when used heavily. Android os gives lots of options of apps and screens to place multitude of those apps by grouping on different screens. 4G LTE capability is another reason to have this phone.

Nice and fast. I used the iPhone 4s before and this one seems to be quicker and has a way bigger screen. The apps are just as good and some of them are free compared to iPhone. I don't know if I'll go back to the iPhone, but for now I'm having fun with the phone and apps.

It may be an older model but it does everything I need it to. Not too big and not too small, which is one reason for not getting a newer model. You can't go wrong at this price!

Was considering the GSIV or this III. Glad I went with this one. I don't need eye contact movement, or finger hover motion....or 15 different shades of patina in my 10 different styles of photo shutter....Works flawlessly, is fast, and is of perfect size.
