My wife loves new phone. .upgrade from a s7..camera is definitely a upgrade..color of phone is pretty loud/colorful..love all extra memory n extra SD slot (she love taking pics)..the phone comes with screen protection install, just need a phone's case

I pre ordered to get the free Galaxy buds, which are also amazing. Had a Galaxy S8+ and waited for the S10 to upgrade. I love basically the same screen size and battery as my 8+ but with the smaller body. Android 9 and one UI are a great pair.

I upgraded from my s7 to the s10. It's faster, easier to use, and still has a headphone jack. My only compliant is that the port is no longer a micro usb. Glad I've stuck to samsung and do not foresee switching to iphone.

My son upgraded to the S10 from a S8. He loves it! He says it runs more smoothly in general and the camera has new features. The pictures taken with this camera are excellent quality. The battery life is also really good.

I went from the S7 to the S10. Very nice upgrade. This phone is great. Very fast. Camera is amazing. Fingerprint reader has been working great with no issues. You can't go wrong with this phone. I recommend it.

Love this phone - just be aware that it is quite large. Superb camera and a lovely screen. Plenty of memory - and if you add a 64 or 128gb micro SD card you'll never want for space.

OK, my S6 was still going solid but after almost 5 years it was time. This S10 is everything I was looking for. Faster, more storage, more features and just a beautiful phone. Saving $400 was great too.

Decided to get this phone after my wife got the Samsung Galaxy 9. I had an iphone and liked my wifes better. The display and picture quality is amazing, and it's so easy to navigate and learn how to use my phone.

The camera and the fingerprint sensors are...okay. The cameras are great overall, but the depth effects aren't as customizable as I would like, there are only presets. The fingerprint sensor is awful and not consistent. Plus I miss the fingerprint gesture for bring the notification list down. Upgraded from an S8 though, so everything else is a solid win.

Have been a long time iPhone user since iPhone 5. Switched from an iPhone XR. Camera is great. All day battery use. Great Phone very happy I switched.

I have only had this Galaxy S10 phone for a week so far and I love it! I previously had a Galaxy Note 5 so I am familiar with the brand although there are differences with each new version of any phone. This phone is very sleek and a good size. I had to order the phone to get the Prism Blue color and it is gorgeous (for those of you who care about phone color). The phone comes with a screen cover already installed. It also came with brief instructions for transferring files from your old phone. Using the phone is pretty intuitive. The cameras just keep getting better and this one is no exception. By the way, Best Buy is great to work with for any questions or help you may need in getting started.

I finally got my new S10 after using my S7s for years. So many new features on my S10, I am still learning about it. It was an ATT rebate that made it possible for my purchase, thanks, ATT.

great phone...have not had any problems at all and phone keeps it charge for at least a full day...would recommend this one to all...takes good pictures.

Have been an iPhone user since the iPhone 3G. Was tired of the limits Apple puts on their devices and lack of customization options. The Galaxy S10 has an incredible display and features that Apple does not allow. Simple things like access to the file system with Android makes this phone a much better fit for my use. For people that are not tech savvy the iPhone is still the go to choice. For people that want more this phone is a great choice.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S5 and this is leaps and bounds better. The memory has been improved greatly, which makes for better performance and battery life. Love it!

Great durable phone with great cameras and screen. Great color and battery life. It does seem to have degraded after 2 years of use.

I bought this phone in June and have no complaints. Picture and memory are good. I did buy a memory card to download movies but l didn't really need it.

Using the phone as we speak. Still finding new features after a year of use. No issues. Kind of wish I waited for the note, but still love the phone
