The ram and storage are a welcomed feature but overall if you have the S9 series or note 9 then you dont necessarily need to upgrade to this phone! You can wait for the fold or the Note 10 if you are an S pen person

Tried to go to sprint store, they were too worried about commissions to even help me. At best buy they were completely the opposite. They listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to help. A special thanks to Tina, who went out of her way [spending lots of time and answering dozens of questions]. She helped me also put the numbers on the phones the next time I went in. David was also a major help, he talked to 7 different sprint reps to help me. All star team! I will return.
