Needs some more work

It had more functionality than my previous Samsung. I would love the phone if I didn't have constant volume and speaker issues and the only way to fix it was to restart the phone.

The screen color on my S7 is definitely better than the S10 plus. I just brought a new phone because I wanted a new phone. I really could've saved this $1000

Over heated

Later that day I went to turn on my phone, it was dead. Try to charge it ..nothing. best buy did take care of it but had to settle for bad instead of blue.

Samsung S10+ doesn't do sms and poor connection

Best buy has 14 day return policy and note that the day you buy phone is included as day 1. I hope this new phone gets fixed by some software update. Contacting Samsung for phone replacement could be a big time waster.

Great phone......if it worked on the network!!

Half of my texts wouldn't go through. The Sprint techs said that this network issue is a known issue and have sent out a replacement phone with the promise that it will work on the network. Fingers crossed that it does or else it is the most expensive and useless phone I've had.
