Awful phone. I know they have been recalled, but I "upgraded" from an 8+ to this and have had nothing but issues. I keep getting told the service is just an update, but nothing has changed. The interface and all is great, but the service is absolute junk!

I bought this and it had nothing but problems connecting. In the end I had to send it in to be repaired when I bought it brand new. Best buy was no help in this matter and did everything they could to get past the 14 days to avoid replacing the phone. Very bad experience!

I had to 2 of these phones 1 was a replacement by best buy just had very poor performance out of it abd wouldn't recommend this. The Note series is far superior. IMO

did not go through operations of a new phone. Sprint office would have if purchased there. did not have time to really assist because of appointment time limit. requested information on a policy from previous with best buy that we are grandfathered in. no one in store could answer my questions. not satisfied with assistance of new phone or questions store could not answer. will not be back for phone purchase in future. will go to a sprint store that has time to explain all new features on new phones.

Sprint service does not work properly with this phone. I purchased the phone 3 weeks ago and had nothing but poor inconsistent data service. Called sprint multiple times and I get the run around. I would recommend you to wait until they figure what’s going on do an update.

This phone has been replaced by the Sprint store already. Also the new phone from the Sprint store has been messed up too. So the phone itself is bad. Nothing bad with the store the phone itself is crap! I'm finally getting another replacement and I'm not going with the S10 plus again. I'm switching to a different phone. Got the 1st phone for an upgrade 12/4/19

This phone is not compatible with Sprint's service it constantly drops calls or cuts out when speaking with people. I spoke with Best Buy and sprint and Best Buy did not honor their return at the 14 day mark because they said Sprint only gives you 13 days to return it rather than 14!!!
