Had multiple problems with phone dropping calls, and dropping GPS. Called Spring and they gave me a new phone. Said there was a bad batch of S10's apparently I got one. Hoping it doesn't happen to my new phone.

Very disappointed would return but can't. have Geek Squad but have to pay 200.00 really on a phone that's brand new. I have calls that echo and dropped calls didn't connect properly. I think I got a lemon. It sucks.

Traded in my S6 for this useless junk. Horrible connection everywhere on both data and wifi. Everything takes forever to load or open emails texts, videos . This phone is trash. This is my 4th Samsung and last. Should have went with the pixel. Absolute garbage!

I bought this phone when it first came out I was forced to do it update about a week later and it jacked my phone up along with hundreds of thousands of other people. Sold the phone back and got an iPhone. I will never buy again

Worked fine for 2 weeks. Now keep getting "water in charging port" message. Phone has not been anywhere near water. LDI still shows white. No one can figure out why and no one wants to warranty it. Stay away from this junk.

All carriers are having issues with all S10s. I am constantly dropping mobile data. SMS fail to send and download. This is up and down the east coast from SC to VA.

I love Samsung All my phones and TV's are Samsung. But the S10 for me was a Hugh problem. I had problems with it from day one. I hope they get all the bugs worked out. I went back and got a Note9 which I luv.
