It is Great cellphone. I purchased it for my wife as a gift las year. She used to have iPhone 6 before. She likes this Samsung specially the freedom you have in the app download and bigger screen. There was a good deal BTW.

I am very pleased with my new phone. Since purchasing I am still trying to familiarize myself with all the things it can do. I upgraded from a Samsung 9 to Samsung 20. It seems so much easier to use, light weight & very thin compared to what I had.

The salesperson gave one piece of bad information regarding the phone but it wouldn't have changed my mind about buying it. The shipping process was very quick for an item that is in high demand. The activiation process through Best Buy was painful. When I received the phone, there was a new sim card taped to the outside. When I opened the box, there was another new sim card inside the box. This caused concern for what I would encounter when I called to activate the phone. Guess what happened when I called, they couldn't get the sim card taped to the outside of the box to activate. After a 30 minute call then a transfer and 10 more minutes I was hung up on, with no call back. I ended up putting the sim card from my previous phone in and voila! It worked! That process is on Best Buy and not the phone, but is something to consider if you're purchasing this product through Best Buy

Great phone. (I have been a Samsung Galaxy user for quite some time.) Nice camera on this one. I've used my pictures to make a lot of cards and calendars. I wish the keypad was larger!

I really like this phone. I upgraded from a Samsung S6 Edge and it was quite the improvement. I purchased it at sale price, so my monthly payments are decent and doable. It's a nice easy to use phone and the mint color is pretty.

This phone is for my 72 yr old mother. it is very easy to operate and smooth operation. she uses it for calling and texting, facebook and to play games. very good phone so far.

So far so good (after 2-3 weeks). I'm particularly enjoying how much better the camera is. For example, it handles the glare of the moon just fine, as compared to the camera on my old Galaxy. Not satisfied that I couldn't transfer all my old files, as they were important.

My son loved his new phone. He is a Samsung Galaxy fan and I chose well as a surprise to him. I even got the color correct. I personally love the quality of the photo

I was long over due for a new phone, saw a deal on this phone and decided to purchase it. The phone battery life has been good and the display is nice. Features work well. Overall a happy purchase.

I am able to find things on the phone somewhat quickly. I have not been able to access my Visual Voicemail. Spent over an hour at AT&T yesterday and it's still not resolved. I wish it had come with paper instructions for handy reference instructions.

Very good phone. Faster than my previous samsung galaxy S9. The wifi calling helps a lot, since the ATT coverage in our area is bad. The only drawback so far has been, the phone sometimes freezes.

Enjoying the new Galaxy phone. Love the camera features and the extra battery power. Still learning and amazed at all the additional features over the old Galaxy S8.

I've been a Samsung fan since the beginning and this one is great too! With a 5G setup I am ready for the future. This is a great product.

I bought this phone for my daughter, her old phone was dying and I got her a new phone as an early Christmas gift. She wanted the Zflip but sadly they didn't have the color she was looking for so she picked this one out. She loves the color, this phone isn't as fast as her previous phone but she said that was fine, she doesn't run a lot of games/apps on her phone. So far she still has this phone going on two years and hasn't had any problems with this phone, which is good.

Got this phone as an upgrade for my husband who had the Galaxy S8 and he loves it! Picture quality is very good and the colors on this phone are so vivid.

I was due for a new phone, and this one wasn't a drastic change from what I had in quality and configuration. It's easy to hold, easy to use.

The Galaxy S20FE is a good midlevel phone for anyone to use for general purpose.

I purchased new Samsung S20 phone at Bakersfield store and Yadira was my in store consultant. I want to personally thank her for helping me with the process of upgrading my existing plan for the new phone. She was so patient with my network provider. I don't know that I would have been able to do this on my own. Yadira, Thank you again!

Might be a lemon phone, but never had worse reception in areas where my S7 did great. Lost call volume on day 3, cant hear unless I have it on speaker, then have to turn it all the way up to hear. I have a military grade case with almost 1/4" rubber buffer surrounding the full perimeter, but the phone fell about 18" onto a wood counter and cracked like a bird egg. Just nothing good to say about the phone other than it looks nice. I Have spent about 3 total hours on hold with my local store to ask how to deal with this mess.
