Great deal great price still functions as if it where new

This is a large smartphone that has all of the bells and whistles without the large price tag. I switched from the fruit phone to this device and I am happy. The switch was easy and I am happy with my purchase. I find this phone easy to use and customize to your liking.

I've only had the phone five days, but so far so good. Pretty fast and seems to hold all the apps I need. The photos are good quality, but I haven't used all the features in the camera yet. The size is nice, and overall it is slim and lightweight.

Android Samsung phones are easy to use. Perfect size.

Best Buy personnel transferred all the information from the old to the new phone. Pictures on the Galaxy S20 are sharp and clearer than the old phone which was a S9. This cell phone is easy to move apps around where you want them.

Having been an android user and specifically A Samsung Galaxy User (3,5,7,10 and now 20) I can say this is a great device. Not better or worse than other Samsung phones in so far as the phone component! Calls, texts, and e-mail are all robust in all situations. Although not a photographer I will say this device's camera is amazing. on the occasions i've looked back at pictures, the resolution and ability to zoom on is like I've never seen!

It took a little bit to get used to the phone switching back over from an IPhone. But I definitely like this phone. Picture quality is good. And the expendable storage was a plus for me.

This is the best galaxy phone to date in my opinion. It's so easy to use(and i got to keep my edge bar) the cameras are great , the display is beautiful , even my uber techie husband loves it.

Great phone, have owned Samsung previously and they have always been bulletproof for me. Fast chip, plenty of storage and great display. The price was phenomenal. Easy curbside pickup.

Love this phone. It is much faster than my old Galaxy SG6. The camera is phenomenal, when on portrait mode, it compares to my Canon EOS. No complaints.

Love it. Upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Better batteries. More apps pre-installed, better camera. Only had several weeks, but love it. Paid less than regular retail.

This is an upgrade from a Samsung S8. I actually prefer the size of my S8, if the S8 were to use the full screen like the S20 FE does. I have read some reviews that said that the fingerprint reader through the glass does not work well. Well, it works much much better than the button on my S8. I like every thing about this phone except that it is too long. I also prefered the volume buttons under my thumb rather than my fingers. I sometimes confuse the volume buttons with the lock button, which are now all on the right side. I really have little to complain about considering I only paid $399 for such a feature rich phone.

So far really good phone. Great speed. Love the camera quality. Only downside is it took a whole month to arrive. Thats the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not five.

Long lasting battery, a nice camera, and an overall good phone. All connections are bluetooth which is slightly annoying but the phone itself is good so far.

Great phone! Picture quality, speed, all much better than my S8 ever was. If only my medical app would work on it (too new for them, not caught up yet!)

Picked this due to one of the last phones that have USB-C (or any USB) port for charging. As well can use USB-C to 3.5mm Audio incase you can't/don't want to use Bluetooth. Also one of the few that have SD expansion. Sure great memory now.. but later on with more games/apps/photos you may have wished you didn't pick a phone without this option. Running great and has all the features I want.

Great phone. It's good to be back with Samsung. Easy functions. Long battery life, great price and that 5G is fast. No complaints.
