Great price for a great phone .it is a s20 in every way 120hz screen as 865 good cameras 128gb

Overall I am very satisfied with this Galaxy S20 phone. It is very fast and is a good size. Not too large or too small. I would recommend this phone to anyone. The only thing I don't like is the way messages are handled. It will take me a while to look for messages in the notification pop up space. I am so used to having a blinking light to remind me if I don't hear the sound alert. The flip up case helps with displaying a solid light when I get a message or notification, but I still miss the old blinking light.

As with all phones that I've had in the past several years, the battery doesn't hold up as long when they reach 12 months of usage and I use my phone for everything. Camera was great until the phone starting getting updates. Seems with every update the camera gets worse. Been having issues with connection for almost a year with no resolution.

We upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S8 phones, so the s20 FE feels comfortable and familiar. Some people are put off by the plastic back but my phone is always in a case, so it doesn't really bother me. So far the phone has worked flawlessly and the battery lasts all day. My only disappointment is that there is no longer a headphone jack,,,,,just means I'll have to upgrade my headphones in the near future too.

It is very easy to get use to. It doesnt have everything some phones have but it's ok because I dont use half of the stuff that's available on phones. I upgraded from galaxy 7 edge so I really enjoy my new phone. It doesnt have headphone hole to use. It's not needed now there are wireless earbuds. Overall is a great phone finally a phone that does everything I needed. I like the color i got mint green.

Have owned Samsung phone for years and like this one except the size is a little too large for me. Preferred smaller S7 size. However the phone functions well and has more options and storage. Pictures are amazing. Can do all I need to on my phone. I don’t stream movies so can’t say how that works. Overall pleased with purchase and the salesperson at Best Buy who helped us.

So far, love this phone. The camera upgrade from S8+ is amazing. The battery is good, but not great. No headphone jack, which is a downfall for me as I use the aux plug for music in a vehicle with no bluetooth, but bought an adapter. Not much to get used to with this upgrade, which is great for me.

A good phone but confusing to understand options. Its a little thin so that makes a little hard to hold on too it.

This isnday three that I have it activated, but so far I really like it. I ordered accessories on ebay so I waited for them to arrive before I activated it. The process was easier than expected and transfer of data was easy. The phone seems rugged and the viewable screen is bigger than my Pixel 2xl. It is lightning fast. So far I am impressed and very happy with it.

Great phone for the price. I'm a loyal galaxy user and I dropped s8+ so I got this as a replacement but didn't want to break the bank. So far soooo Good. Runs way faster then my s8+. Camera is great although I haven't used it much yet. Not many changes to the s8+ which is fine because I didn't want to learn new things that come with a new phone. Thumbs up

Great phone picture, fast processing and long battery life

I've only had this phone about a month but once we got everything transferred, it has been problem free. I don't stream or do any social media on my phone. It's a phone, text messenger, calendar, email, contact list, notepad, music player, unit converter and camera for me, with the occasional solitary card game. So, I don't get a ton of notifications going off every 2 seconds. But, once I removed a bunch of things that I don't use, it holds a charge for 2 days, or more, of normal use (for me).

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S9 and couldn't be happier. Camera is amazing and better than the Google Pixel and iPhone 12. Battery lasts all day and the sound utilizing Dolby atmos is phenomenal for watching videos. Only gripe is it doesn't come with a 3.0 fast charger like my previous phone. Comes with a slower 2.4 charger.

Very good phone. I am coming from a Pixel 2. The battery life is much better, has wireless charging capabilities and micro card capability. Seems to charge slower than the Pixel, which is disappointing. I have not tried charging it wirelessly yet. I just plugged it in to the charger, battery is at 47% and it says that it is fast charging and will take 55min. Screen seems to wonder a bit, while aiming, when playing Golf Battle. Pixel was very accurate. As for value... I received a MUCH better deal going through Best Buy on Black Friday than I could get through Verizon, who I have had service with since 1993 and have had 6 lines for much of that time. No phone is an excellent value anymore. Yes, I understand that they are mini computers that we keep with us at all times, however Verizon is going to have to start rewarding existing customers so that they don't create a culture of churn, where customers flop back and forth between companies to get the new customer deals. I came very close to going to another carrier this year, after 27 years of loyalty and probably will soon if they don't change the deals for loyal customers. But, I digress... This is a very good phone.

I really like the flat screen instead of the curved glass since I always broke the curved glass screens. Knocked it down a star because the user experience is kind of buggy. I have to restart my phone a lot of times to fix it. Sometimes when I open the camera the screen is black and the only way to fix it is to restart. The battery is pretty good but doesn't seem as good as my old s8+. Otherwise I love the phone overall.

Came from a S8 for over 3 years. Got an amazing $349 black Friday deal! The phone is smooth and fast with its 120HZ. Barely experience any lag so far. Glad this phone still has the SD Card storage The only issue I have is the touch screen, sometimes its unresponsive and it has random ghost touches. But overall I'm enjoying this phone

I am not what you would call a power user but this phone is great for me. It is fast, has a great screen, long lasting battery, and has been extremely reliable. My only issue is I went to buy one for my wife and it is now a second-generation phone but is priced $150 more than the black Friday deal I got.
