I upgraded from a Galaxy 8. This phone is a little bigger than I'd like, but is still not a huge phone. I like Samsung's features and quality which is what keeps me coming back to the Samsung phones.

Phone does the job. Camera can get annoying when trying to take photos of something up close. Fingerprint is cool but goes off in pocket constantly. Battery life is so so after usage. Got it because it was on sale.

I'm so happy with my Samsung S21. It's the right size for me, has all of the features I need. I got a great trade in deal for my old S7 plus extra from Best Buy. Customer service was excellent, a shout out to Ricky- so helpful.

Went from an S8 to the S21. Love the graphics and some of the newer features that I did not have on the S8. My only complaint is not being able to swipe the screen to wake it out of the sleep mode.

Decided to get a Samsung instead of a Motorola in which I have been with for 7 years. So these are my first impressions so Samsung Phones. Screen scratches way to easily for daily use, already have scratches on the screen and I have only had the phone for 3 days. I was even careful of where I put the phone because I know how easily it scratches. The phone does not come with a charger so that's a disappointment. Upon unlocking the phone, I did not have any data/4g, did not realize until i got home. Had to go to AT&T and have them fix it. I do not have the 4G button in my options. I also have issues with receiving text messages. I can only receive messages from certain people. I will have to go back to AT&T sometime soon to get it fixed. Sound quality is okay, not a fan of the touchscreen fingerprint scanner, would rather have a button or a designated spot for it. Kind of annoyed by how you calibrate the finger scanner and the fact that you have to redo it when you put on a screen protector. The phone itself is good, except the scratch resistance of the screen and the overall experience in setting up the phone is a pain. Every forum on trying to self fix the phone is a joke and a waste of time. Personally would not recommend Samsung because of how annoying it was to set up the new phone, terrible forum and how easily the phone scratches.

I have been using Samsung because of android and quality of the product my last device last me long for 8 plus years finally now brooked because installed after market device application. Galaxy phone are amazing.

Had this phone only a couple of weeks. As of now it works great -- clear calls. Only problem was two apps did not fully transfer from my old phone in which the battery is failing after 3-1/2 years.

The cost keep rising, but the reason I did not give it 5 stars is the shape of the screen. My note is smaller but wider and I find it more useful. On balance, I like the phone.

Well so far so good,except you can't put a sd card to go to like 256. The pictures it takes I thought were gonna be much bettter but then again I have'nt taken alot of pictues.

Nice Samsung phone. I traded in my S9. It has a few upgraded features. Their employee John from Samsung was fantastic. Patient, polite and knowledgeable!!!

I feel that when you pay to have new phone set up it should include voicemail etc. the salesperson was very friendly,

Got a really good deal on the phone. Best Buy service was fast and pick up was painless. Phone seems to work great and the wife is happy so I am happy
