upgraded our two phones (finally) from Galaxy S8+ to the new S21+ and they are amazing. Battery life, camera, speed, 5G all made this upgrade worth it. GREAT Phone...just what you'd expect from the Samsung Galaxy line.

Been using Samsung phones since the very first Galaxy. I held onto my S8 from launch so I figured why not upgrade. This phone is amazing and it does exactly what I needed pairing it with Microsoft X Cloud. Light weight, great camera and insane battery life. Must buy.

If you haven't "upgraded" to this phone yet and are considering it, DON'T DO IT!! Unless all you want is an awesome camera. Samsung Pay doesn't work. They removed the technology. You can't use speaker option if you're connected to Bluetooth. You'll have to open the settings and turn Bluetooth off to be able to go to options for speaker and set it to speaker. Seems like a lot of work and if your trying to share something, by the time you set it up you've missed it. Memory is not expandable, so you'll have to have some backup app. No auxiliary jack, so if your car doesn't have Bluetooth, you'll have to invest in a stereo system that does or a new car. The side buttons can only control one thing at a time, so if you want to silence your phone, give yourself time to individually turn the volume down on system, notifications, media and so on. I've only had it a couple of weeks, so I'm sure I'll find more disappointments, but even the camera sometimes takes pictures before i want them. I've been a Samsung loyal since the S3. I'm very disappointed that i was forced into this phone because i smashed my S10+.

    Samsung morphs into Apple

This phone wasn't the one I wanted, but it is much more useable than the Galaxy Z Fold. I returned the Fold and wanted to get the S21 Ultra, but naturally, Best Buy didn't have the carrier version I required. It's light, compared to my previous Note 10. It works. So far, there haven't been any software issues. Cons are many. I absolutely hate that they moved the control buttons to the opposite side of the phone from the Note 10. Taking a screen shot using your thumb on two buttons is harder and tends to be a problem. Camera functions, and while highly touted, the S21+ doesn't appear any better than the Note 10, and in fact, the new camera options are restrictive in comparison. Finally, Samsung has decided to be Apple. There is NO Expansion slot to add your SD card to. Since everything I had on my Note 10 was saved to the card, I now have an empty phone with none of my files. This continued push to force everyone to use "cloud" storage is an invasion of privacy and another corporate restriction on individual liberty. I save files and pictures for work that are confidential and no one needs access to. On a card, these are my responsibility. Stored on someone else's server, who knows who really has access? Overall, I don't like the restrictions of 128 GB of storage. My phone is already 3/4 full, and without an expansion port, this phone is a real waste of time and money. I would gladly return it for my old Note 10.

Great phone, camera, video and size. The only downfall is no micro SD card. That enabled huge storage expansion that is not lost and you have to rely on the cloud. Only mistake with this phone.

I’m on the fence with this model phone. The first time I’ve ever felt this way about a Samsung phone and I’ve been using them for years! The phone was always flashing screens when I first got it and would freeze up for whatever reason. The fingerprint option is very hard to use once you put a screen protector on. I love the camera though. Pics are super crisp. When I’m on a phone call the volume is a little weird as well. It’s like the person sounds distant. I should have gone with the Ultra model. It’s only been two months though. I also wanted the option with more memory but it was not available.

Got this phone for my mom. She likes it. Pretty cool if you plug it into a monitor and use it like a small computer. Does get hot though. I suspect a lot of new phones get hot.
