My Galaxy S21 is very reliable, I love the color option.

Compared to older versions you are getting less for about the same price. S7, S8, S9, S10, S20 series all had MFT, SD Card slots, 2k display, heart rate monitor, some had iris scanner, 3.5mm audio jack, advance download (used wifi and mobile data to accelerate download), more flexibility with the Hotspot settings, among other things. Samsung has kind of gone backwards removing all these features and only focusing I guess on camera. If you don't need 5G stay with your older Galaxy S phone for now and wait it out. In my opinion losing 3.5mm audio jack, SD card slot, and MFT for 5G and 120Hz display is not worth it. This model's screen size is also on the small size, which might be good for some, but if you are coming from a larger screensize phone you will regret going for this model. On the positive side for being a 1080p display, it looks very sharp and has a very good dynamic range contrast wise.

Bought this phone for my wife who upgraded from an iPhone 11 Pro to the S21. I own the S21 ultra and even the base model version of it performs amazingly. Fast, responsive, and takes amazing photos.

Excellent, full featured phone. Display looks great and you can really feel the higher refresh rate. Processor has more than enough power and the extra memory is nice. I had been using cheaper phones the past few years, and I can say that it's nice to be back on a Samsung flagship.

I wish Samsung didn't take out the storage expansion feature. I don't like cloud storage. Vanessa made it a pleasant experience for my wife and I when we went in to exchange the Z Flip for these. A hassle-free shopping experience for sure. Vanessa is AWESOME!!!

I love the Samsung Galaxy phones. They're built durable and last forever. This one is super cute with the purple back. Camera is excellent, zooms in really far. If you don't zoom, the photo quality is insane. It's still got Samsung Pay too, which is a bonus.

The s21 is a great phone. I recommend buying it if you dont have at least the Galaxy S20. If you do have an S20 that works great then I don't recommend upgrading unless you are upgrading to the Ultra series as the regular S20 and S21 are near identical in overall specs. Look it up and you'll for yourself.

Good phone takes awesome pictures and it looks cool

Its my upgrade from my 5 year old Note 8 and overall I love it! I miss the pen, for sure, but it makes up for it in being so much newer than the Note 8. I dont even know what things are just regular updates and what things are exclusive to this phone, but i Love it nonetheless.

Got this phone for my mom and she loves it. The screen is a perfect size and nothing beats the clarity on a samsung screen. With 8gb ram and 128gb of storage its more than enough. Only down side is no external storage option. Overall a great phone.

The flagship phone from Samsung is usually one would expect with the latest features and specs. This phone is what you would expect from Samsung. Great camera and display. If you like the Android interface, go with this one.

Have had the phone for about a month now. Chose the smaller size so it would be less cumbersome in my pockets. Sound quality is great. Camera is great. Very happy with this phone. Highly recommend!

I bought this phone for my dad because he wanted to have one that took excellent pictures so that he could take good family pictures and so that he could access his files much faster, and it is working as intended.

No SD card slot or microphone port is disappointing, but it feels much faster than the S10e! I prefer smaller phones so holding this is a little jarring to hold. It does feel sleek though. The battery life seems pretty standard for its size and screen usage.
