NOTE: Samsung is no longer putting MicroSD card slots in their phones. Keep this in mind when deciding how much internal storage you need!

My phone already is at 28% full after less than a week, my battery life is half a day. I had to buy a charging tap, phone doesn't have a headphone jack. I do not know how to delete any apps I don't need. My photos are in three different locations. I really need some physical help who wants to help.

A huge upgrade from the S10 I was using before. I wish it had a memory card slot, however. Camera works great, and I love the adjustments during low light settings. I've had the phone for over a year and no scratches! This is commendable given I have an infant and a toddler around...

However the best part of this purchase was how easy Best Buy made this purchase. I went to the ATT store to see the phone options, but they were not really interested in helpme, and didn't have an S21 that i could see. Best Buy made it simple and easy to pick up. I will do all of my future phone shopping here.
