The phone is great, but it wasn't available for delivery so I had to pick it up from the store. We went to best buy, My phone was available for pickup but they couldn't scan it. They had to call 3 different people until I finally got it. It took over half an hour when it should've been 5 minutes. It wasn't the guy's fault, it was best buys crappy computer system.

Everything I wanted! Browsing is quick. Battery lasts over a day.

Phone seems to be great so far. The deals were too good to pass up. Best Buy made the purchase process really easy...especially with the trade-in of the old phone. The pick up process took longer than expected, but everything is going great after the transfer of data and settings.

Phone did not arrive at store as promised. Best Buy does not help activate the phone anymore. I was told it is already activated and all I have to do is turn it on and follow the prompts. One step not conveyed is that I needed to call Verizon to activate it first. Spent 2 hours following the prompts that didn't do anything. Phone does not have charging adapter, only a charging cord with USB-c on both ends that doesn't fit any charger adapter I own. I wasn't informed I needed that, too. Phone cannot use corded earphones. No place to plug one in. You have to buy cordless earbuds at a rediculous price. Phone has no external disc storage. Need to pay for cloud storage. Samsung copied the undesirable features of iPhone which were the reasons I never switched to iPhone all these years. What's keeping us from switching now?

Pretty much the same as the s9, nothing new, It doesn’t let you make different sounds between texts, notifications, reminders anything whereas the s9 did Save your money unless you really have to upgrade, my s9 wouldn't hold a charge anymore and it was 3 years old so i upgraded since i kept seeing the commercials... no, no extra bells or whistles, it has to be charged every night, don't listen to the commercials

Good phone. Shoud come with a wall charger and cord for the price. A few changes in design to adjust to.

When we picked up phone, no explanation or help. They just handed me the box and that was it . I guess I thought they would ask if I had any questions or if I needed help with starting it.

Needed a new phone and got it at a good deal very satisfied with my purchase would defnetly recommend to any one looking to get a new phone no hassle purchase everything done online and delivery was quick as well.

Does not come with a charger. There is no head phone jack (it doesn't come with wireless earbuds or the adapter either). It does take a good picture but I would have rather kept my s10.

Great phone. Battery does get a little warm from time to time. Upgrade from pixel 2xl and very happy with the change.

Very powerful phone in a smaller size. Tremendous phone compared to my old S4-mini.

Have had some issues with internet connectivity dropping and getting use to finding everything on this phone.

Its a Samsung phone and is part of the Galaxy lineup. It does what it is supposed to do. The downside is Samsung no longer provides a charger for their phones anymore.

Great Product and purchasing was simple. The setup instructions could have been clearer, but overall would still purchase.
