So far, this is been an absolute dream phone. I was really contemplating on waiting for the S22 ultra but no regrets yet. Luttle advice... GET INSURANCE ON IT!!!! I've been told by an independent,reputable cell shop the replacement cost for the screen alone is over $400! There was nothing even wrong with my S10e for 3 years.

Amazing quality photos, system, and overall versatility! Wish it was lightweight though. Pit fall is super heavy.

I had an iphone previously and wanted to try a Samsung. I always thought that Apple products were not very easy to use. I did not like the McIntosh computers, nor the iphone. This Samsung phone is great! It is easy to read, with lots of instructions as you go along. I am very happy with the product.

I love my new phone! At first I wanted the S21 OR the S21+ but there were none to be found....ANYWHERE, so I started looking at the S21 Ultra....It hasnt let me down once! Amazing just like all the other Galaxy phones I've had.

My daughter like Android and wanted to upgrade her Samsung Note 9 (?). This had a $300 discount so I bought this for her. Best Buy Mobile rep copied over all of her data. She love this phone - especially the camera.

Absolutely love the camera in this phone. They however changed a few of the features that were easier to access in my older Samsung phone. They also took out the good notification sounds that I enjoyed more from the other Samsung as well. Other than that the phone is pretty good.

I really like my new phone its so easy to useI got the new S21 ultra blue 5 G.... I would really recommend this phone to anyone thats ready for uograde or just buy a new phone

The Samsung brand speak for itself. The Samsung S21 ultra is an amazing cellphone. Highly recommend. The camera is state of the art quality.

So far, happy with this purchase. Had the Galaxy Note 8 before and do miss the stylus and headphone Jack but otherwise, no issues.

I didn't think I'd be getting a new phone that day, but Sammy answered all of my questions & concerns in such a professional way. She was so nice and her customer service is on point. She talked to me about the different phone plans and took the time to explain that Verizon might be the best option for me since my current phone was damaged. Overall, I really like the phone. She showed me the cool perks about it beforehand and I'm enjoying it.

This phone camera is sooooo great, its replaced my DSLR, its taken amazing shots.

Longtime Samsung Galaxy user. Phone works as expected. Existing apps transferred seamlessly. I had a Note 9 previously and preferred the fingerprint button on the back. Camera lenses on this one take a lot of space and stick out somewhat, so finding a good case to protect them is a challenge.

Hreat phone. Had a note 8 and replaced with galaxy 21 ultra. Don't miss the note. Pics are awesome.
