Bought this phone July 2022. Within months it didn't work right. Dropping calls constantly, couldn't pick up a signal, touch screen isues. It was replaced because it was under warranty. The replacement is just as bad. Now I'm stuck with it because I still have another year and a half of payments at least. I've been a loyal Samsung Galaxy customer for a very long time. Not any more. The last 2 models didn't last half the time it takes to pay them off. I'm going to have to switch to another brand.

The phone is good but like all others it is way too expensive. Phones used to be free with contract and now they are $1,000 and you have to pay for it over 3 years now or loose the discount. Most phones don't last 3 years. They get more expensive and don't last as long.

Replaced broken S10+. Great, fast service team. Phone is really nice. Hopefully, Gorilla Glass will protect the screen! Otherwise, got total protect plan!

So far so good. Sounds and display good. Never certain on battery life. Some features are just not needed. Concentrate on everday and most used features that really benefit the users.

This particular phone is garbage. I've had nothing but technical issues since day one. Fortunately, the phone itself cost me nothing but I am paying for service. I'm rethinking my decision to purchase another samsung phone.

I hace no idea how this phone is. It is lost (per FedEx) and i contacted BB and have had no resolution. Tge rep said a new one would be shipped vut no order hasbeen geberated abd no item has shipped. I have spent countless hours on a diffrrejt phone about this. I am vwry upset as a longtime BB customer.

Very solid overall. Only problem ive encountered is that one day snapchat and instagram couldnt detect the front facing camera. Only using the rear cameras.
