So many features, functions, and perks that should have beem itergrated into this phone. Its a solid phone thus far, however its NOT cutting edge by any means. After a pandemic and not really releasing a "Note" line in a few years i honeslty expected better.

I have big hands and I have trouble reaching the left side when holding it in my right hand. The sales rep said the battery life would get better but after almost 6 weeks, the battery life sucks. It doesn't last a whole day.

The key for purchase at Best Buy were the staff. Bethany, Keegan, and Brandon were VERY helpful obtaining the phone and helping transfer the data (pictures, text, emails). Never buy from Service Provider since Best Buy can activate a new phine on any network
