I love my new phone. I upgraded from the Galaxy S10 plus. Several apps and features on my S10 stopped working because of the limited memory. I didn't have that problem with my new S24.

I bought one from the Greenwood location in Indiana I go home but guess what the Best Buy employees factory reset the phone without removing the account on the phone so now the phone is locked with another persons pin. I use there online chat thing and connected with a live agent absolutely useless and gave me false information told me I could get the situation fixed at any BestBuy location so I go to my local one East Washington and oh guess what I got bounced from the geek squad to the phone section and told oh you got to go to Greenwood to fix your issue so I got to get punished for the incompetence of a company lovely totally recommend going here if you like getting screwed over
