Bought this phone to replace a older phone that got screen burn in so far this phone has been perfect no screen burn in scrolls through apps and web pages fast. Wireless charging is a plus.

The phone is great. The only problem I had is you did not have it at the store in Coolsprings. The salesman told us that he could have it shipped to us the next day. We were expecting it next day and ended up not getting the phone until 5 days later. When you tells someone they will get it next day you need to make sure they can get it by next day.

For the first time, I fell in love with my cellphone. Cheaper than S25, and for those who are not interested in playing heavy video games with the best performance, it is completely logical not to go for a more expensive one.

Ordered this phone online. Bestbuy canceled my order because they couldn't activate it. They didn't call or email me before they canceled it. Went to a store and paid for 2 phones. The store activated one I was able to take home and had to ship the other one to be activated when picked up. Paid for both phones but only got one. They canceled the phone that was ordered from the store without contacting me and have not refunded my money. They would not give me the phone either for the price I already paid for it. They wanted $200 more. Spent hours on the phone and at store for 1 phone at the price of 2. Terrible customer service.

Excellent phone! Great service from Best Buy! Purchasing online and pickup in location were very easy ...stress level 0.1 out of 10 - 0.1 only because of some traffic..lol
