Okay, I've only had this phone a little over a week, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I had the Galaxy Note 10 prior to that. So far, I'm very happy with the faster processing speeds, the 5G, and the slightly larger screen. I also like the titanium case. It has a very crisp display and I'm glad Samsung got rid of the rounded edges on the sides of the screen. I also bought a Zagg Fusion Defense screen protector, which fits perfectly, due to the sharper edges on the S24. (The screen protector on the Note 10 never would stick on the rounded edges.) I haven't had the chance to try out much of the AI stuff but I will get to it eventually. The S Pen works well on the screen and stores securely inside the phone. The battery is one of the reasons I traded up from the Note 10 and the battery on the S24 Ultra is performing very well - but, of course, it's brand new so it'll be a couple years before I'll know how much better it may be. The data transfers from the old phone to the new went very smoothly and I'd say 99% of the data came over to the S24 Ultra just fine using the Smart Swith app. Overall, after the purchase, I was up and running within a couple of hours and could easily find everything in the new phone. So, suffice it to say that after a bit over one week of using the S24 Ultra, I am pleased with it and glad I upgraded to it. I'd recommend it to others who want a fast and easy phone to use and would like to have the ability to use the S Pen with it.

I absolutely love my Galaxy S24 ultra. I love the size.I love the color I love the camera.I love the graphics.I love.The shape. The amount of storage is perfect.

This is the best smartphone you can buy. I do have a 15 pro max and I love it, but this phone can do SO much more than that phone. Ive never been so satisfied with a moble electronic purchase in my life. The camera is outstanding, I always keep and android and iphone on me( I love the iphones camera), but this is the 1st time in years Im finding myself leaving the iphone behind when I go out. The s pen, the display, its a great size to weight ratio, the new A.I. stuff the phone has and more makes this the most perfect phone to date. The O.S. is always butter butter smooth, cameras never let me down,the battery last all day no problem. I can go on and on, this is the best smartphone on the planet right now.

Husband is thrilled with his new phone. He always gets the ultra and he absolutely loves that Samsung took away the curved screens and went back to a flat cut off (we anticipate his screen protectors to actually stay on for a good length of time). It runs very smoothly and the pictures it takes are the best yet! Hubby was able to catch the heat trail from a jet about to take off! The image quality of the screen is fantastic by itself too. Crisp and easy to read. Pictures and videos are easy on the eyes and vibrant in color (depending on content watching) Battery life is also much improved! Was actually the first thing hubby commented on--hus battery was usually at about 25% by the end of his 12 hour shift with minimal use. Now it's more around 50% We are very happy with the new S24s that came out.

Great camera great operating system. It may just be my eyes getting older but the screen seems to be LED and bothering my eyes. I have to turn up the brightness on my screen, to levels brighter than the s23 ultra, to be able to see words easier. As a consequence my eyes start hurting quicker than normal and have to put down my phone. Would suggest using the blue light filter but I dislike seeing everything brown

Really nice smartphone, I switched from flip to this and no regrets. Camera is really good and AI is nice. Pen is also some nice feature but it does not have much use as of now, or maybe could be better advertised. battery is lasting around 2 days If im not using that much.

Excellent Phone with a Great Camera. I have been getting Samsung since they came out with there phones. From S-4 to S-24. I have had not a single problem. I had I-Phone which does not compare to the Samsung Phones.

I've had this phone now for a couple months. I love it! I don't really use the AI stuff often but, it's fun to play around with them. The camera takes great photos. Video quality on this phone is outstanding. I never use the pen and forget it's there. I really like how there's a side bar of frequently used apps and that you can customize the Home Screen. I had an iPhone 14 Plus Pro and couldn't stand it! This phone is more 'me'. Love it!

There is a learning curve to the software but great phone. Hardware is reliable. Love the camera and battery life.

Honestly I will never purchase a phone from Best Buy again unless major changes happen. The experience started out normal enough. I went online and set up my phone for trade in on the newer version. I finished the transaction and received the document saying to go pick up my device and shipping label and to make sure to reset my device before shipping back. I didnt get the store services because I always do it myself. I got to the store and went to the cashier at the customer pick up. I said that I was there to pick up my phone. He called a manager over after several minutes grabbed the phone off the desk and hands to cashier. The cashier spent another 10 minutes scanning different barcodes multiple times while I waited. He seemed to be a bit frustrated that he was having a difficult time. I just stood there looking around while he finished. He finished scanning, handed me the box and said here you go, give me your phone. I was a little taken back because the instructions provided clearly stated for me to send the phone back and every other time I have traded my phone in, when I get it home I perform a Samsung SmartSwitch to automatically set up the new device. I told him that I thought that I was supposed to be able to take it home and ship it off and he said no, that I was mistaken. He told me to stand to the side and perform a backup and then he would take. OK, I stood to the side and backed up my device hoping for the best, gave him the phone and took the new device. I had NO phone at this point since the new device was not active or set up, but BEST BUY had my device behind the counter. I got home and inserted the sim and began to set up the device however I could not simply restore the dive from the backup without losing all my account data. Since i didnt have SmartSwitch I could not restore everything. Just the apps. I was locked out of all of my email and banking accounts do to the 2 factor authentications that they kept sending to my old phone that I no longer had access to! To make a very long story a little shorter, It took my 6 hours to get my BUSINESS phone set back up, while missing several important calls. I worked in retail mgt for 20 years and this would never fly with me.

Coming from the S22U, i think the biggest standout features on this phone are the battery life and screen. The battery is great and thats even after the first few days where the phone is still optimizing. The anti glare screen is a big feature that has been overlooked. The colors dont "pop" as much but i would rather have a screen with less glare.

Upgrading from the Samsung note 9 to the Galaxy s24 was a good choice different programs and similar things to the note 9 but a most have upgrade

I am trying Android phone and Galaxy Watch after years of iPhones and Apple Watches. For me the Samsung S24 Ultra phone seems clunky and have not been able to get display to my liking.

Love the phone overall as a whole! Everything works as intended and has way more features than I will ever need

Great phone, easy to use, really fast and the best part is the camera, the only downside is that you can't put a sd card but it comes with a lot of storage.
