Worst experience I've had. My phone arrived in a small bag with no protection at all. I paid $1,812 for this phone. You guys can't have it shipped in a box with protection?? The charger is not working and now it's stuck in the phone. Horrible experience. Never ever order a phone through best buy. They don't care about how your phone arrives. If they really cared they would have an $1,800 phone shipped in, at the very least in a box.

After a week of waiting for my phone i received an open box with the phone missing out of his box. My fiancee signed for it seconds before she noticed the box being altered. So don't order this phone to be delivered to your house!!! (FedEx) Might take longer but get it in the store! Also with the trade in. Do it in-person in the store! I did made a claim with best buy. I can't make it with FedEx because I'm not the shipper.

So, I had the S21 Ultra which was a great phone and still is but I needed an upgrade. I bought this phone mainly for its camera features and space since my old phone was just 128gb. I am impressed so far with all the new features. If you want to take really good photos dont forget to use the expert raw function. I dropped some photos I edited on its own software.

Ontrac worker stole my phone and put a walkie takie in the box. Put tape on the box after their own label was put on.Didnt even ask for a signature. Just threw my box on the porch and left. Been going back and dorth with bestbuy. They refuse to give me my money back. I disputed it with my credit card cmpany.Dont order anything to your home.

Ordered the 1TB S25 Ultra. Box arrived empty with no phone. And the FEDEX delivery was supposed to be a signature upon delivery that was just left on the porch with the box completely smashed. Best Buy representatives quickly remedied the situation though so I am very appreciative, I just will never have a high ticket item delivered again.

The rating is for the phone and NOT Best Buy, although I am still working on setting up the phone. Pre-ordered these with lots of questions to Best Buy. Every answer provided was unfulfilled when I picked up the phone. Spoke to store manager and although apologetic left me unsatisfied with Best Buy's customer service and support. If you want service and support, purchase elsewhere.

(No the phone but “best buy”) I inquired with the seller to confirm the expected delivery date for the phone, specifically asking if I would receive it by February 7th. The seller assured me that I would. However, today is February 11th, I have yet to receive the phone or any satisfactory explanation regarding the delay, other than “the device is delayed”. I KNOW THAT!!! Iwould appreciate further clarification on when I can expect to receive it.

I purchase that open box for 1200 on feb 13, its glitching and now they are selling it for 1300 cmon best buy .

S25 Ultra has the option for 1TB internal memory which is why i decided to purchase. It has a high refresh rate, UI is smooth, and it hangs with high end phones

So far so good. My father and I both needed new phones after having ours for the past 6 years. We got the 1 TB in hopes it will last us another 5 plus years.

great phone when you are not using Xfinity carrier otherwise its snot going to work if its Xfinity. s25 series doesn't support Xfinity provider.
