I am sure if i got it this would be a better review but this is not the case. I did not get any alert on when this would come in. Took part of the preorder and after over 6 weeks of no update after getting the gift card bonus. I was informed my order was refunded and it qould take 5-7 business days before seeing it on my account. Well 3 weeks later nothing hit my account so i went back to the store and fhey said that the reason it qasnt was due to the girft card i got and that i can returned what all i brought with that which was not the case due to it being outside the return policy and they teied to put me on the best buy credit card which i knew was a fail. After talking to a customer service department rep she said i dont need to get those things refunded and that she gave me a copy of the reciept to get my money back and when i went there few days later to show them this this was a 45 minute ordeal that eventually got solved with a gift card. Overall this was one of the worse experiences i have ever been through and quite honestly i will never pre order through ypu guys due to this bad experience

The phone was awesome, that wasn't the issue, the problem was that Best Buy did not honor the deal that I was promised when I bought the phone. It was a "trade in your old phone get xxx amount off the purchase of the new phone" which provide promotional credits monthly on my new phone thru Verizon. I emailed, chat and called. NO ONE hsd a clue what I was inquiring about! I was told so many different things, none of which helped me at all. So i had to return the brand new phone, unfortunately, very upsetting!

Still have not received was supposed to be delivered 2 times and ups said was not on there truck when I talked to the driver but was in his computer
