Very nice cellphone. Calls via Wi-Fi are good for use at residences out in the boonies where there are no viable cell sites. Has good sound via all transducers. Via integral earpiece speaker, speech is easier to understand than on many other cellphones. Via integral loudspeaker, speech and music are very clear. MP3 music player is better engineered and more user friendly than on most other cellphones. Ability to select a folder of files is a huge plus for folks who make custom files from phonograph records, one or two records per folder. Standard mini stereo headphone jack is a huge plus. "On the Go" USB connection works well with optional FLIR ONE attachable infrared imaging camera.

I am very satisfied with this phone. I bought it for my wife, because she just wanted an upgrade from her old phone. Very nice for the price I paid for it. I have a happy wife!

Good phone for the price and no real issues. Needed unlocked phone.

This is my second Galaxy S4 & I have to say that it's by far the best Galaxy phone out there. The S5 suffered from screen issues & they removed the MicroSD slot for storage expansion. The S6 got the slot back but the fragile screen issues remained. The S7 still suffers from the fragile glass issue. I'm not sure why Samsung deviated from quality builds on this line of phone but you really can't go wrong with the S4!

product is found best in seal pack comdition. even thoudh phone is unlocked t mobile services are included so tmobile is hooked in phone. not found unlocked. I like t mobile because I love ultra mobile and it works on tmobile satalite. so no complain. I love best buy with all respect.

Just fyi I recently had an s6 so i am used to much faster speeds. It is sometimes slow (can take up to 10 seconds to show a new window) but it does do all the basics just fine as long as you are patient. I use those 10 seconds each time to mediate... lol

Bought this phone for my Granddaughter and it has been great for her! She has Downs Syndrome so she can make calls and text to her heart's desire and it fits her perfectly and she even plays games on it!

Purchased this phone as a replacement to a similar one that got damaged. Package arrived on time and in good condition. Phone itself works well. Very happy with purchase.

Is my second Galaxy S4, (the first was stolen) the best phone I have owned by far. My first phone never failed in three years. Buy a warranty just in case.

Purchased the Coca Cola hot dog cooker for my nephew. Have not tried it myself but he was pleased with it. Good to use for after school snacks he can prepare himself.

Phone came full of apps that I do not use and can not remove taking up 80% of memory. Lasted me less than a year.

I bought this phone online in June 2016. By November 2016, it stopped sending MMS messages and the touch screen started to not work. I called Samsung about the 1 year warranty. I needed a receipt that had the IMEI # from the phone to be able to get my phone repaired. That # is not on receipts from purchases online, nor can they provide it to you. I am out over $200 for this phone.
