I got this device because I've been wanting to get the galaxy s7 for some time (yes I know it came out in 2016). I was also sick of getting ripped off in one of the 4 large carriers' contracts where they would charge you fees and you couldn't figure out what it was they were charging you for and customer service was a joke from another continent. So I'm trying this total wireless prepaid plan and see how it goes. So far the only problems I am having are with the phone itself. The microphone is hyper/super sensitive and the battery life is somewhat subpar being an older phone. Otherwise it's great so far and I know exactly what I paid for. Also i got a great discount and ended up paying less than $400 including the taxes and fees for the s7 and 2 year protection plan geek squad.

Oh where do I start. ! First customer service was very patient and polite despite all the bad reviews I read. Secondly, I waited three years to get a new phone I'm very frugal. This was the best purchase I've brought this year so far I'm super happy with it. Mind you I have no wifi just data at home. Wifi at work. No difference works beautifully. Thank you . I am happy.

Good upgrade for a prepaid phone. She prefers this over an iPhone
