Customers are saying

Customers love the Galaxy S7 edge 32GB's camera quality, battery life, and screen size, with many praising its ease of use and design. Positive feedback also highlights the phone's water resistance and performance. While some users wish for a stylus, a few found the edge display feature less useful.

Terrible phone. Took it back after 10 days. Great camera that's all I can say about the positives. Do yourself a favor especially if you never used an iPhone get one your life will be so much easier and simplified. I've had Htc one, iPhone 5, galaxy S5, iPhone 6, s7 edge and now on to iPhone 7 couldn't be happier.

Doesn't do much more than the Galaxy 7. At least, not enough to make up for the exposed edges that shatter easily.

Love the phone except it is too sensitive without a case and not sensitive enough using the otterbox defender. I removed the phone from protective case and carried it in my front pocket over the last two weekends. While in my front pocket the rear cover broke :(. Sure wish there is a way to adjust the touch sensitivity. This would give it atleast another star.

Initial impression of phone that is was pretty nice. I have been using Samsung phones for 6-7 years. After 20 days, the screen starting acting up (with a green/pink bar down across the edge) and that warped into the screen becoming unresponsive or turning black. Had phone for 20 days and after light use it broke. Local Best Buy stated they thought it was a hardware issue but out of 14 day warranty. Advised to call Samsung... Samsung's only offering for a 20 day old phone was to repair it. So I am without a phone for ~11 business days that I only had for 20 to begin with. Very disappointed at the entire process and this will probably be my last Samsung phone.

I had to get this phone in replacement of my Note 7. I loved my Note 7. However, in getting the S7, I started getting problems with it. It freezes up or stops functioning. Support says I have to restore the phone. But, after updating all my apps 3 times I feel I shouldn't have to restore the phone. It should work well right out of the box.

    Good Cell Phone Features

I have been a loyal Samsung customer from TV’s to cell phones for many years. This is the first-time I have purchased a flagship cell phone that I regret purchasing (6 months old). Cell was purchased at the end of June 2016. Middle of November of 2016 I started to notice strange stuff happening with the phone, getting warm/hot when not in use (NOTE; nothing like the banned Samsung Note 7), phone just restarting for no reason, app locking or just shutting down, to my latest where I was on an important phone call and the person on the other end could not hear me. After 3 minutes of switching on & off speaker phone, to muting and un-muting several times, to playing with volume up & down, to even switching around with multi screens I could proceed with my conversation. Very Disappointed with the phone performance, especially due to the high cost and have contemplated finding another phone. Most likely a competitor. Frustrated Customer!!!

I like the looks and functions of the phone. But less than 24 hour's later and it began overheating. Been back to Best Buy/Samsung within days. They did some changes. Now still having issues. Phone turned itself off while charging because it overheated. Now working with Verizon to resolve. I'm pretty sure I will be returning it.

I bought 2 phones Verizon phones at Best Buy, both with 2yrs agreement, one is Device Payment (24 payments), $28.00/mo and number was supposed to transfer from AT&T. When I bought second phone I picked up options add one line to existing and got it paid. One week later after countless calls to Verizon representatives waiting for connections more than 40 min and going around them services shops I ended up with one phone somehow working not getting incoming calls, other phone even doesn't appear in my new Verizon account. Best Buy sent me to Verizon, Verizon to Best Buy and AT&T. I am tired and exhausted, don't even know what to do right now, feel like full idiot-spending my time for nothing. As "nice" bonus of that deal I have to pay AT&T and Verizon, because all my incoming calls are going to old AT&T phone which still works and no transfer is done. Where is my fault? What I did wrong? And who can fix that?
