I asked many, many questions because I wanted to replace an I-pad that I had used to challenge my memory....one program being "Word Welder" and the other "Scrabble". I was told that as long as I made an appointment with the Geek Squad Section of your store, I would be able to download those programs I considered to be memory enhancers. However, after attempting to have one of your very polite and patient computer "Geeks Squad Members" assigned to meet my expectations and after spending hours and hours to achieve my goals, it was determined that the I-pad I had purchased could not be used in the manner I indicated, so I returned it. I am sadly disappointed and still miss the I-pad I was able to work on for 9 years but I am apprehensive about another attempt at failure.
