After many swipes it may change. The cord to charge is extremely short. Very difficult to operate blue tooth. That is just a few problems. Takes a very long time to charge tablet. Can’t go to previous screen. Terribly disappointed and miss my iPad.

Do not buy this Samsung tablet

Samsung refused to take responsibility for selling a defective product and would not cover the repair. They did not even suggest I send it in to be evaluated first. I do not recommend buying a product from a company that does not cover their defective products.

I returned it for a replacement at Best Buy and now have to wait another week! My husband is really upset because he brought it for me as a gift.

Battery sucks

On a full charge using off and on during the day it has less than 15% left of battery. I've had the tablet for 3 days and I plan to return it. Not worth over $400 if the battery dies so quickly on a full charge.

I have great battery life,only charging it after a few days with normal use. This tablet has some great features ,face recognition and also using the tablet as a phone.at an affordable price,the pen comes with the tablet,it does not need to be charged, so that is a plus too. The picture quality is good too.

It takes nice photos and is easy to record while moving at the same time. The only complaint is one we all have no matter what brand we buy; there's too much bloatware! I have dropped it hundreds of times and it didn't break, either. Quite nice in the durability department. Keep in mind that I'm not throwing it. I also keep a screen cover on it because I drop things so much. The video resolution is beautiful. I like Samsung quality and the way Best Buy stands behind what they sell, should you have a problem.
