What a waste of money

Almost impossible to turn off!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like most everything about this tablet except one thing: IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN OFF! You have to press the on-switch + the volume bar AT JUST THE RIGHT ANGLE, and believe me, if the angle isn't absolutely perfect, it will not turn off! It requires 2 hands because it's extremely difficult to press both switches at the right angle/pressure with 1 hand. (I'm a healthy, middle-aged person w no disabilities.) Why should shutting off a tablet be such a struggle? Samsung really blew this! Such a shame, as overall, their tablets are excellent.

Before I purchased this tablet, I asked the sale rep about the quality of the video and camera on this device. I made it very clear that I was looking for a clear picture and a tablet that would give clear videos, I was told this device had both qualities…I totally disagree…The pictures and videos both are not of good quality…looks fussy...I am very disappointed in this purchase.

not worth the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is your avg Android tablet it is not the brightest screen so outdoor viewing is useless. it comes with over 20 GB of bloatware that cant be uninstalled. battery life is also average about 4 hours on max brightness watching streaming video. however the device dose not have the hardware to install a compass as also the case with my Samsung phone. Samsung products are leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I am not buying anything Samsung again.

Defective item

The day the tablet it arrived it would not turn on. After charging for several hours it still would not turn on. Called customer service and they are sending a replacement out right away which is the reason they got 2 starts and not 1. Would probably recommend spending the extra $40 to just get a brand new one but after a quick google search it seems like this is a common problem and may still happen
