I love this tablet. The screen is beautiful, it has great sound and great battery life. If you are an Android user, it is even better being able to sync your notes and messages between the two devices.

Great Tablet. The processor on these things is amazing. My kids use it to play roblox and these things are very well built for games that big. I'm very impressed. It also runs other programs flawlessly. Great purchase.

I'm really happy with this tablet. I use it mainly for media consumption. It was nice to get all of the features i care about, without having to purchase the top end model. Plus you don't have to spend extra to get GPS functionality. I thought the pen was gimmicky, but i use it all the time.

Excellent build quality, smooth performance, and great battery life. The S Pen works really well for art, writing, and general navigation. I nearly went with the Google Pixel tablet but opted for the S9, and I am happy with the decision.

Got this as a gift to replace my partner’s aging Galaxy Tab 2, which she was happy with for many years. Unfortunately, the onboarding process for the S9 was so agonizing as to completely tank her perception of the entire product. Suffice to say she was aggravated, and I felt like I gave her a crappy present. I’m returning the tablet tomorrow. Based on her experience, I have some advice for Samsung: 1. Stick to producing great hardware. Let Google manage the software—that’s the experience users expect, and if they’re invested in the Android platform, that’s the experience they want. Inserting your own software that duplicates Google’s is confusing and frustrating. We don’t want your backup services. Why would anyone use Bixby when they can say “Hey, Google”? It’s confusing and lards up the operating system with services that duplicate Google’s. 2. Don’t make users sign up for a Samsung account. This is related to advice #1, but if I don’t want to use any of Samsung’s services, I should be able to set up the tablet without creating a Samsung account. This appears not to be an option. 3. Give your attorneys a day off. The attorneys should not be dictating the onboarding process. The number of T&Cs a user has to swipe through and agree to is astonishing. What rights are we giving away exactly? The problem is that you’re requiring users to accept terms and conditions for services they don’t intend to use. I think we had to agree to terms for a kitchen appliance we don’t have. We also had to agree to the terms for using Bixby, which we weren’t going to use. Again, give the attorneys a break and keep them out of the design meetings. Maybe we’ll check out Samsung tablets again in a few years, or maybe we won’t.

Great tablet, it integrates great with my phone and my laptop, file sharing is easy, the pen is accurate, (I've found that it can be iffy with some magnetic cases), Dex is amazing and very powerful (it can genuinely be used as a laptop replacement for classes and most minor workloads)

3rd Samsung tabket I've owned; always been very satisfied. Set up by Geek Squad was excellent also. New so data as to battery life or durability but earlier versions have bee excellent in both categories.

This tablet has a great display and a very fast processor. I really enjoy this tablet.

Simply the best Android tablet! Superb screen, storage, processor speed. Integrates seamlessly with my other Samsung products (watch, phone.) Pricey but I got a great open box\excellent deal at Best Buy.

Great screen for movies and has plenty of processing power to drive anything i have needed it for. I also like that you can buy a microsd card for expanded storage, up to 1TB.

Amazing tablet, I mean you pay little under a k for it what do you expect. Pen charges on back for convenience, come with type c to type c cord in box makes for easy data transfer from your phone but no block. come on Samsung but best buy rocks!!!!
