Heavier than the past tablet but probably due to a bigger battery. It does stay charged for a long time. Difficult to turn off, as you have to hold down the on/off AND the volume buttons at the same time. Not very intuitive. The older 10" was more comfortable & easier to use.

Unfortunately, he said it is slow/lags regardless of what kind of internet he is connected to. He uses it for social media and gaming. The graphics are amazing and it does connect to his phone as intended; it also came with a pen that he loves.

Good for basic tablet use

However I returned it because of the junk processor and low ram for gaming which is drastically reduced from the S9 models. If you are trying to get a nice cheaper tablet for videos. Browsing, etc then this is it. If you want to game especially Warzone mobile then its an absolute pass. Im now using an S9 ultra.

Tablet great Bestbuy store not so much

However the nib broke within the first week took it back to the bestbuy and was told to buy them off Amazon. Also the $50 protection plan I paid for that was "supposed to cover everything" if anything was to happen to it was a lie it was only to extend my return for 60 days instead of the original time frame ...I was lied to however geek squad did their best to rectify the situation and refund my "protection plan" because it was a continual problem at this store...Extended return plan being sold as a complete protection plan. The manager of the store did nothing except throw the responsibility into a geek squad member to fix the problem...

USB-C headphone jack doesnt seem to work.

Nothing I've purchased worked (not adapters, actual headphones) there's no way to fix this in the settings. Since they took away the 3.5mm the least they could do is an easy way for usb-c headphones to work. Not everyone likes wireless blue tooth.

Has a pretty good screen but I got the laptop more for portability and as I mentioned just a tad to heavy.

Could not get edge to for correctly and never could get all the air bubbles out from under screen Finally gave up and returned.

Good but could be better for the price

I feel like there are better options for the price. This tablet is going to get the essentials done. Don’t expect a buttery smooth experience though. If you need someone that’s going to do the everyday essentials and you want to stay in the samsung eco system it’s worth a look.
