Now the watch is working fine again. Hope not to have issues in the future.

Recently I had the iPhone xs max and decided to switch back to Samsung to get the s20 ultra. I sold my apple watch to purchase this watch. I bought this watch to work perfectly with my s20 ultra. In less than 1 WEEK, my watch decided to completely bug out by going black and not responding for about 10mins. Luckily, I was able to do an exchange at best buy since it was under the 14 days. So far, I've had my 2nd watch for about 2 weeks. For the most part, I like it, but I am nervous sometimes that it will bug out on me again. It has the regular features that all smart watches have. I haven't tried to talk on it yet, but I have played around with different watch faces that I love. I do advise, if you purchase this watch, definitely purchase a 2 year warranty!!

The battery kept failing to get a full charge after 6 months. Upon deeper inspection my wife found that the back of the watch was loose and it just peels off like it was held on with some sort of double-sided adhesive. Poor representation as she loves Samsung products. Steer clear of the 44mm as it has issues. We also purchased the smaller 40mm a year ago and it has given us no problems.

No issues or complaints. It does what I need, talk, text, view calendar ect. Love that its waterproof. Can easily buy changeable bands for under $15-20 for multi packs of up to 10. My only conflict is that I may be switching to iPhone soon but It will be a great gift I can pass on to someone.

I work around steel 700t presses all day constantly hitting my watch on solid steel and it has yet to crack or scratch on the face. The black painted casing has some paint that has scraped a away but it gives the watch character. I've love my Samsung watch!

Wanted to get a everyday running watch that had the same functionality. Was at first a little reluctant because it was smaller, but it wasn't an issue.

Accurate fitness tracking is the one thing you cannot get wrong for this product. Especially running, the most simple workout. Ran about 5 miles. I'm 163 lbs. Average pace was 7'11"/mi. There is no way this nets to 372 cals. Typical treadmills would show around 640 calories and the same route on a Gear Sport showed 602 calories. It's not like Samsung has not built fitness tracking before... I've had both the Gear S2 and Gear Sport and both were much more accurate.

You can use standard watch bands to change up the look but the one that comes with it is comfortable and looks durable. Preordered the Active 2 after months of shopping and weighing the new Apple Watch, Samsung checked all my boxes. Lots of face options, longer battery life, round face and it works fine with my iPhone.

The back cover sensor plate comes off after 5 months of normal use nothing extreme. There are multiple bad reviews out there for the same reason. Even under warranty you will need to pay some cash. Honestly this is a joke coming from a well known Flagship company.Come on you can do better.
