    New vs Old

I love my watch. Compared to my first galaxy watch the heart rate tracking is better but the battery only lasts me about 1.5 to 2 days with always on heart rate. It does much of the same as the old watch but the ecg has been nice. My mom had the same one but had to exchange due to battery issues so I can only give 4 stars.

Pretty great watch! Only wish the battery would last longer, needs to be charged everyday, but it’s still worth it. Fine for casual wear and looks good while dressed up.

Attractive watch to wear. The better watch faces cost extra. Heart rate and EKG are transferred to phone. A little cheaper than the iWatch.

I wanted an LTE watch for work because I can't always carry my phone with me. Now I never miss calls and texts, which is great. Also, it has all the fitness/health tracking capabilities that I want and I love the bronze color. The only downside (which others have mentioned) is that the battery life is horrible. It HAS to be charged daily. Even still, I highly recommend.

I like it but it doesn't come with instructions. Unfortunately, it doesn't connect to Weight Watchers exercise tracking, and it cannot be used in hot yoga because the speakers would get too much humidity. Texting is hard too. Other than that, it's good for reading text messages and answering the phone when I am away from my phone and walking my dog.

Great watch! I had to return the original watch though due to manufacturer issue couldn't connect the watch to my phones carrier. Issue was fixed right away after I got the replacement. It is beautiful and light weight. I thought it would weigh my hand down because of the size but I is perfect! Very sleek looking and beautifully made. Only downside is battery doesn't last too long. 1 charge lasts a little over 24 hours.

    Advice for unlocked watch

This is an unlocked watch. Advice: Intitially, I called AT&T to link my phone number to the watch; however, I had to go to AT&T store to get a Q code from them. I do not believe codes come with unlocked watches, but they come with watches from a particular carrier. Once I recieved the code, I linked my phone number to my watch through my app. It was a fairly easy process, but it can be difficult for some to figure out if you are not tech savvy. Overall, I like watch.

Only had it a short time but i love it. The heart rate, oxygen level, we use it a lot. Still getting use to it and all its functions. Just the right size so you can see the screen and read a text or see who is calling. My husband and i have health issues so if he needs me and i outside he can just call my phone and i can answer on my watch. Great product and we like Samsung products.

My wife really enjoys the watch. It is easy to sync to her samsung galaxy note 9. The response time is fast, and the resolution on the screen is clear. My wife said that the size and color of the watch is cute. The only concern is not having the accessories included for working out such as silicon watch bands. Based on the functionality of the watch, it receives 5 stars.

Got this for phone and texting while my phone is at away from me. Works great. I haven't utilized many of the features yet, but love that I have coverage regardless of where my phone is. The LTE version was the right one for me.

Really like my watch but would not recommend purchase again. Bought it to send emergency notification for falls - it did not work so the purpose of buying it was not worth the money I paid.

I have win, mac and android (phone) devices. I'm okay with this :) I chose the Galaxy watch 3 for the specs. The quality is great. The battery lasts all day easily. With much use, I still have 60+ % when charging at end of day. The calls are clear. I can verify the heart rate, steps and blood pressure match other devices. Still learning the features though.

Purchased as a gift. Great for someone with a galaxy phone. The only complaint is that it uses bixby which is lesser compared to google assistant. Sleek. Maybe purchase the one w/o Lte because you do need to pay monthly for a plan on your service provider.

I love the watch! It has more features than I had anticipated and looks great. Best Buy's choice to ship via first class USPS, however, left a LOT to be desired. I ordered the watch on 06/14/21, with an anticipated delivery date of 06/22. According to the tracking info, it was in a distribution center in Idaho on 06/16. When it had not moved from that location, a USPS trace case was opened 06/28. The item left the Idaho center on 07/01 and traveled to Colorado, Nebraska, Ohio, & West Virginia - in that order - before reaching Indiana. I FINALLY received it 07/07. Although transport was outside Best Buy's control, it is obvious the U.S. Postal Service is not the best choice.

LTE version. Don’t let anyone tell you this cannot be a stand alone service. Took an entire day on the phone with the carrier to figure it out but finally got it connected. Does NOT need to be connected to a Samsung phone in order to receive/make calls (when using the LTE version). My watch has its own number as a stand alone. Note: Additional charges for the LTE connection monthly. You will have the option to connect your watch and extend your samsung phone number to the watch (while the phone is not with you) OR use the watch as a stand alone line with its own number to make and take phone calls/ texts.
