There are some format issues, but overall, the large format is great for all sorts of uses. The only downside is getting a car mount big enough!

Awsome phone I will never switch back to a regular candybar style device. Fast powerful no need for a tablet screen is big enough when opened audio is great and battery life is decent as well.

Best phone I ever had. The large screen is fantastic. Had to drive 50 miles and back today, and it was great to have the split screen with Google Maps on one side and Pocket Casts on the other. I even use Word to edit documents on the road (Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with a portable stand). Does everything a phone should, and the unfolded screen is perfect for reading ebooks, which I do everyday (retired English professor). Perfect machine for me, and the crease in the middle doesn't bother me at all. Highly recommended!

The Green is not green it's off black so just get the black with more memory. The S-Pen only works on the inside screens not the front screen. It does not have s headphone jack, it does not come with a charging block and the cable is USB C to USB C. Also, My phone data and aps did not transfer completely with the Samsung app from my Samsung Note 8 so I had to spend a few hours manually setting up accounts and apps. Pretty big letdown for a $1,500 phone.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years with no issues. Still works like day one when I got it. Definitely a must have for those who use there phones for everything!!

Purchased this phone after having the Galaxy Note Ultra 20 and I wish I wouldnt have. The camera quality was horrible and the outer screen quality was lacking as well. Ended up returning it. Battery is very bad as well

This phone is probably the worst $1800 I have ever spent. It is heavy, bulky and has the battery life of a dead goldfish. Most apps and games that I use do not format correctly on either screen. Tiktok for example is too wide for the front screen and too tall for the full open screen so you have to pick between missing the edges or missing the top/bottom. The phone has to be charged at least 2 times a day and I am an introvert so not big on long phone calls. After only 2 months the folding screen had white spots on the fold, I presume blown pixels or something more technical. Now 4 months in and they are even worse. It also gets really hot when you use it or charge it. I wanted to love it but I despise this phone and the complete lack of actual functionality of it.

The phone is sturdy yet sleek. I can customize the wallpaper of the phone with photos that are in the phone which is a big plus. The phone also came with games that were tailored to my interests, which were brain and card games. There wasn't a lot of extra 'fluff'. One area improvement as this is for all smartphones, is to make Bixby optional. This program isn't used by everyone. I am a google user so Bixby is just extra baggage the cuts in. This phone is also very secure. It prunes apps or warns me about apps that are too invasive of my privacy.

3rd Gen fold! Haven't gotten and issues with it yet. Only complaint is the camera and battery life.

very cool foldable phone and way better than Duo 1 or Duo 2. I wish the battery life was a little better and the pen worked on the outside screen. I wish the pen came with is and wish there were better phone cases with pen holders available. Other than that. I like the phone and will plan on keeping if for as long and fate will allow...but then there is the fold 4...coming to a BB near you!!!!

Narrow and tall when closed then wide and open just like ones of those "free bibles if you donate" at the airport. Being a long time Note series users i found the Fold Z was taking some time to get used to. after all the time spent with it i still love it and can't wait to see what samsung has next.

Love it! Its easy to use and i live having a large sceer for a cell phone that is small and compact when it is folded up.

Great phone!! Only bad thing is, after a year you will get a little bit of folding crease in the center in the screen.

- Can't close the phone with 1 hand without touching the center of the screen and hitting something. - The front screen is too small, the center screen is too wide. Not many sites and apps support either aspect ratio. - It's pretty cool for Xbox Game Pass - Bring back the Note, how dare you. - Battery life could be better - Distracting line down the center of the screen.

This is our 3rd purchase in the fold line. The phone is truly exceptional. Love the multi-tasking features and size. The only part that I wish was better was the closed size. When the fold is NOT opened - the screen is very small. Phone calls are fine at this size but texting can be challenging/ I shifted to voice to text when the phone is closed as the buttons/icons are too small.

I absolutely love this phone!!! It is perfect for multitasking and the big screen is beautiful and amazing!

I was a little aprehensive on buying this phone but I am so happy that I did. I travel throughout the day for work and it has made reading emails and working on documents so much easier. Best Buy did a great job of setting up the phone and transferring all of my information. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Love the big screen unfolded. Reminds me of when the original Note came out. Cannot go back to regular sized candy bar phones anymore. Battery life is decent. I have AOD and 120hz refresh on at half brightness and regularly get 5-6 hours screen on time. One thing I didn't realized I miss and enjoy since the advent of smartohones is the snap of closing a phone. Love it with folding the phone when I'm done using it.
