Amazing pic Quality and the best experience of Samsung on my first purchase

Purchased phone online, picked up in store, requested assistance at time of purchase with switching old phone over. I was told by several store employees that they could not do this including the ATT reps. What kind of service is that? Never again. Overpriced.

I chatted with a representative because I am traveling and broke my current phone. Since this is my lifeline into work and anything else, I needed to get a replacement straight away. Making things worse, it was just before Christmas.
I was assured by the representative that the item would be shipped to the campground we were staying at overnight and I would have it the next day (Christmas eve)
Well Christmas Eve came, I checked the tracking number and they shipped it to my address in Massachusetts. I was in Georgia. I began to panic, this is Wednesday, Christmas is Thursday and a lot of places have Friday off. Then a weekend.
Best Buy would do NOTHING to help me with this situation. I wound up having to reach out to the address it went to and have the phone overnighted to Georgia for me to pickup at a UPS store on Saturday. It cost me over $400 to have these items overnighted to me.
I called Best Buy and was told that I would be receiving a refund for the amount of the device for my troubles.
Well, we are 2 weeks later and I have heard NOTHING. I have not had the time to call them, because of course it is going to take an hour or better on the phone and I have been incredibly busy. I genuinely hate the fact that it is nearly impossible to reach a Human and when you do it's folks that either cannot help you, or dont want to. Hard to say. Either way, I am very frustrated with Best Buy at this time.
