Since this is my first smart watch and also Samsung's either first or second generation smartwatch, initially I was pretty thrilled with it. But after playing with it for a while, I think there's much more that can be done to make it much more powerful than it is. As it is, I only use a couple of features such as the step counter and sometimes speaking on the phone. I'm sure that the newer generation of these watches are far superior.

I have really enjoyed Gear 2 Neo Smart Watch. The watch works well with my S5 even when the phone is in the next room. I can locate my phone, text, call someone, check my e-mail and keep up with my activity that week. I love the product and I can even wear it with my professional outfits.

This watch is for busy people who are not able to pick up calls, reply messages while doing something. I returned mine just only bec i dont need it.

Its a great smartwatch that has many more functions than a FitBit or Nike FuelBand. My only knock is the that the heart rate monitor isn't always as accurate as I think it should be.

Everything works fine till I tried to charge the watch to realized that the charging cradle will not click to the back of watch for charging.

This is THE smartwatch you want to get if you own a Samsung Galaxy phone. TIzen runs very smoothly and has been a much more pleasant experience than Android Wear. The Neo is a perfect watch but if you want to shell out the extra $100 for the camera and stainless steel bezel then go right a head.

I purchased this watch being told it could sync to an android phone. With the update to android software you cant. Thanks samsung

I was looking for a fit bit and was hesitant to purchase the Gear 2 as I thought it was overkill however I love my samsung S5. Bit the bullet and love it! It's user friendly, functional and works flawlessly with my cell. Great product!

This watch is by far the best smart watch on the market. It can keep track of everything that you do through the day. Especially paired with the S5 phone.

I mainly decided to purchase this for the ability to sync up with a golf app, it does this ok. The rest works as advertised.

I primarily use this at work and having to only glance at my wrist to see incoming emails and texts to evaluate if it's something that needs to be addressed right away is helpful. It's very easy to set up and use and there are many different ways that you can set up the watch face. Personally, I like the view that shows my next appointment from my calendar. The only "bad" thing that I could say is that the vibration intensity could be better.

Purchased this for my wife, and she fell in love with it immediately. Function and fit are great and works well with Galaxy.

The watch paired well with my Galaxy S4. The band is adjustable but is not made for anyone with a large wrist

I liked the watch and the features but wasn't thrilled about the layout wished it had more features.

Cool but I won't recommend it as a must have. Short battery life also.

It's an ok product but glitches alot. I have been having problems keeping connected to my device.
