This fitness watch has good features that connect it to your phone. It also provides many fitness monitoring features that help keep you active. The only drawback is the accuracy of its readings at times. I suppose this is true with all fitness trackers that rely on gyro readings taken to track activity. Overall, this is a good fitness tracker.

The Fit Gear works pretty good. The battery life is a little week. If I don't sleep in it I can get 2 days of use before charging. It did freeze up once and had to be rebooted. It has a lot of cool features that work pretty well.

The first Gear 2 I bought from Best Buy was refurbished. It lasted not quite 2 months amd the display went bad. Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty. Took it back and it was replaced with a new one but we had to pay the difference. So far it is working fine. My advice always purchase an extended warranty with this type of product.

With this watch I've been more active than usual, it's helped a lot on my exercise,especially when it comes to running or how many steps I've taken throughout the day, yet the one thing I'm not liking is that spotify doesn't work the app is on the latest update on the watch but somehow it keeps saying to update it when it can't be updated.

Purchased this for my husband as a birthday gift. HIs older smart watch/fitness tracker was worn out. It was easy to set up, and he's loved using it. He says it's much more accurate than his old, other name brand watch, and he loves the notifications. The fact that it's waterproof up to a few meters is a HUGE plus! I'm thinking of purchasing one for myself.

I enjoy wearing this lightweight watch, you barely realize it there sometimes. Great to track daily activity while also having GPS capabilities for outdoor runs. Prefect smart watch type of device without the smart watch price.

I need to keep track of my steps to make sure that I'm as active as I should be to stay healthy and this tracker does the trick.

I love this watch way more than the original Gear Fit. I don't like that I can't turn off the floor tracker as I feel it is inaccurate. But I love that it automatically tracks my sleep and steps and that I can add in water and caffeine intake from the watch. I like that I can put music on the watch so I don't have to carry my phone with me while I exercise.

Got this for free when I purchased the note 7. I'm not really into this type of devices. This is the first time i used something like this and I must say. It goes well with a Samsung device. Tells you the time, step, h2o and all that. Notifications is a plus. Now i can track my steps when I'm mowing the yard and steps from my car to the office. Lol

I rated this a 4 because the data is occasionally way off, or non-existent. We primarily purchased for the sleep info, but there are times when we were asleep yet the data says we're not only awake but active. Active like walked multiple flights. Or no sleep info at all. The sleep report provides great info, but takes an hour to show up. There are very inactive days which show a tremendous amount of activity. These type issues don't happen often, and a recent update corrected some of the sleep issues, but not all. Advise anyone purchasing to make sure to always update. The only other issue is without the app, cannot use the music feature at all. Everything else works without the app.

I have not used the gear fit 2 that much because I have a gear S watch. It is basically a fitness tracker. There are other apps that you can use on it like GPS but you have to add service with AT&T. I am not doing that.

I am really liking my Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit 2. I really enjoy having my phone notifications buzz my wrist and I can keep my phone in my pocket. I feel like my water intake has increased greatly since I can track my water and caffeine intakes. It also takes my heart beat every so often. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner!

At first I wasn't going to use the watch, it came free with my purchase of the Note 7. I've found that it is a better product than my previous smart watch (about 2 years ago). I like the different watch faces available, and the different apps I can use. It keeps track of my steps and stairs. Over all I was impressed and am happy to be using it.

I got this on discount and did not even know if it would pair with my LG-G4. It hooked right up and works great. notifications, tracking and other functions. I have not even used the music function but that should be fun to try......I would not pay 175 for it but for under 100 it is a lot of fun and can be useful too for fitness tracking.

Overall, I am very impressed with this fitness tracker from Samsung. Pros: clear, readable display, great faces to choose from, accurate for steps; Cons: very short battery life (2 days), not very accurate for stairs.

The pro is that the features matched the price. Quick to charge, so can wear all day, then get sleep info, too. Steps and knowing the workout intensity seem accurate. Cons include the stair counter never gives me full credit. Messages arrive late with samsung app, and ok with verizon. I am constantly hitting the wrong reply for messages as I scroll to find the reply I want to send. Wish it had changeable bands, because I don't like how sweaty it gets, even when not working out. Also, I can't answer the phone and say "I'm on my way" because there is no speaker. I am happy with it for the price I paid, but next time will spend a little more to get all the features I want.

This watch has really helped me put on my weight loss journey. It’s not always accurate on the steps but nothing’s perfect. That’s why I only gave it for stars. He works with Apple devices as well but please not that you will not be able to respond to messages if you have an Apple device. Other than that it’s great.

I've had the Gearfit2 for about a month. It is fun to wear, lots of cute watch faces, and I like the way I can check the screen with a flick of the wrist. Alerts for phone calls and texts are intermittent. Then, last week, I put it on the charger, (love the magnetic charger) took it off the next morning, and two hours later, the battery was dead. Now, it won't charge at all. I don't know is it's the charger or the Chargefit2 that is not working, but, I'm not happy that it's stopped working this soon after purchase. I don't know if I just got a bad one. Before this, I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought this as a present for my husband, this one exceed his expectations. He originally thought that the Gear Fit2 didn't had the gps included (without the need to carry your cellphone with you when running), overall he use it everyday. As a recommendation buy also a screen protector, so you can keep in good shape the screen.

I had the original Gear Fit which went into an unrecoverable reboot at 2 years. After not having for a week, had to replace and hope this one will last. Like the new functionality for tracking health metrics. Option to select watch faces is good but miss ability to change the color of the watch face to coordinate with outfits. The band is much more secure which is great. You don't have to worry about bumping against something and the entire gear fit falls off and the potential to lose. Also like the option of sending text message when I can't answer phone - similar to functionality of husbands iWatch. To date - very satisfied. Continuing to learn new features but have the core functionality that is important to me.
