    This item was returned to BB because battery wouldn't last more than 2 hours. I had ordered another to replace this defective 'open-box' smartwatch. So in returning THIS smartwatch prior to receiving the second order, the cust.svc.agent credited my return to the watch I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. Still haven't received it, yet it shows returned. UPS has LOST this watch, and I'm out >$350. Can anyone help ?????
