Rock solid, works really well with Android (ofc), iPhone and my Windows 10 desktop. Would be nice to have mute as one of the touch options (couldn't find it in the app) but not a huge issue. Would just be nice to mute calls in teams on my phone using the touch controls. That's really just nit-picky though. These things are the *first* buds (including apple standard, various jbl/jabra and beats buds) that don't hurt my ears after using it for hours. It doesn't make a solid close so you can still hear outside noises and bass can be a little muted at times but you don't get these kind of buds for the bass. The biggest selling points of these? Since buying these refurbs about a month or so ago, they've been through a good 25-30 hours of Microsoft Teams meetings on various devices. I love these things and considering purchasing a second pair for my wife. Pros: * Perfect fit for my medium-small odd shaped ears * Stays in despite me moving around or reaching above me. * Great distance from my phone/tablet/desktop without issues * Easy to setup and use in Android, iOS/iPadOS & Windows 10 (likley others) * Qi Charging and USB-C on the case is a great touch * Touch controls work great for me, just take a little to get used to. * You can use the left bud, right bud or both buds as needed - so many of the ones I had previously had problems with this (jabra). Cons: * No microphone mute feature on the touch controls (unless i'm missing it) - would be nice for meetings * Don't make a solid ear seal so other noise can bleed in, doesn't bug me though. * Not ip-rated for waterproof, not recommended for those working out building a huge amount of sweat or dropping in water. Fine by me though. I was worried about getting earbuds through the Geek Squad Certified program but these came looking brand new and the battery lives up to it's specs. Quite happy with these!

Excellent sound on the galaxy live buds. Upgraded sound from the original galaxy buds I had. Great bass, tremble, clear voices, good mids. Love the app accessibility, and live active noise cancellation, comfortable, forget I have them in my ears, where as the first pair of buds I had my ears always ached after being placed in ear for some time. Still getting that snug Samsung fit, no worries about my new buds flying out my ears, they fit just as tight as the others which is great. The box also came with an extra ear adapter piece if needed for size, and a charging wire. The case feels more durable and sleek, also has the option to be wireless charged from a phone that has that feature wireless power share. I love the new bean shaped galaxy buds live, and would recommend buying them.

I absolutely love how these earbuds sound and feel. I can wear them and also hear things happening around me, so they're great for walking (or running) in areas where you still need to pay attention to your surroundings. They do fall out quite easily though, so I bought some larger silicone rubber pieces (see photo, left is original, right has the larger silicone piece) so they now fit more snugly in my ear and work great! Compared to other samsung earbuds I've used, these are the better option if you want to hear your surroundings.

Bought these Geek Squad refurbished. They sound great. I have gen 2 airpods. Comparing them, they both sound amazing. The Galaxy Buds have more base than the airpods. But the Airpods sound a bit more clear. Overall i'm very happy with both. Reason i got the galaxy buds is because i own a Galaxy Note 10. Another thing i noticed is, the Galaxy buds cut out at a shorter distance than the Airpods. The Airpods have better range without a doubt. The Galxy buds are not as comfortable as the Airpods. But you can't go wrong with either or. If you have a Samsung Phone, go for these. If you own an iPhone, your better of with the Airpods, no question. I pair both my Airpods and Galaxy Buds with my Surface Pro 7 which has BT 5.0. Also my LG CX is BT 5.0.

If your upgrading from the galaxy buds don't expect same quality at least in noise canceling as well as noise leakage. The sound is great and I love the fit. If you aren't getting a good fit try to the other tips in the box. Overall imo galaxy buds are better but these aren't bad.

These earbuds are great for the price I snagged them for. I wanted earbuds that had a long battery life, could be used together as well as individually & had noise cancelling. Is the noise cancelling the best? No, but it works well for what I need them for(sleep). Looking at these you would think they would not fit snug and hold in place in your ears, but they do. If you have an issue with this, use the attachments provided that make them more secure. I had on issue with these & that was with the charging case. Two days into having these and using them, one of the charging prongs for the right earbud popped out of it's holding(see photo). The case was never dropped or misused in anyway. It just came loose are I removed the earbud It can still charge but makes it harder to do so. I thought of exchanging them but feared as being a sale item, I could not do so, or if I did I would have to pay a restocking fee. Instead, I found a replacement charging case online for $30. I am not sure if anyone else ran into this problem, but would be extra careful with your case.

At first I was against the design, I mean it looks like a bean but how wrong I was to assume that based off of looks. I did some research and of course found good and bad things but decided to give them a try. What a surprise, while it doesn’t have a gel tip to make a secure fit they still work as if they do have them. I’m blown away by these earbuds and the app makes you to be able to tune the music the way you like. These buds have exceeded all my expectations and then some.

love these! Other ear buds wont stat in my ear. But these never give me any problems. I work construction and wear them 12 16 hours a day. the battery life is also great. the pods can make it through the entire day if i wear one at a time.

Not disappointed at all. Looked and worked like my other new pair. They look and fit great, especially since other earphones just fall out of my ears. These rest comfortably and is a very unique and intelligent design. These are fantastic and much better than my previous AirPods. Sorry Apple.

The earbuds are awesome, clear sound best ones I have ever own. The color is beautifull, so easy to connect battery last very long.

Ergonomic design helps them from falling out of ears, unlike the ipod pro earbuds, which i would only rate 1-2 stars. You can also purchase after market silicone covers for these which will definitely prevent any slippage from ears. These earbuds also utilizes touch technology to pause music and control music play. The downside with this and all bluetooth earbuds is slightl interference from passing vehicles when outside near traffic since many vehicles have very strong bluetooth signals, but for some reason the silicone covers for these earbuds seems to reduce the occurance of this happening. The sound quality is also very good. I recommend these highly over ipods.

The left bud will not charge, the cage and the right bud work perfectly. The fit and sound of thr right bud is really good that is the only reason I gave it two stars. FYI All refurbish programs send out products that partially work so you get just a hint of how the product works. Its just a gimmick to get you pay full price for a new device.

I've had these headphones for almost a month now and they are so comfortable and sound great on phone calls! They don't put pressure on my ears and that's perfect for me because other headphones I've used in the past put a lot of pressure on my ears and cause me to have intense tension headaches. I use these at work for calls and I never have issues with connection or sound. Others can hear me as clearly as they would with a phone mic. The battery lasts me all day which is awesome! I'm probably going to get a second pair to have just in case because I love them so much!

They are crisp & clear. However I'm normally not an earbuds fan. But my samsung devices always make me think I have a hearing problem. My speakers on them seem to go in & out. I purchased these but only have used minimally. I enjoy them especially at night when I want to watch something or listen to something others in the home doesn't. I can pop these in. I love how when you open the case after linking them, the phone easily recognize the buds. Even before I linked them my samsung ultra 20 note easily received the signal that these were near. I purchased the same color as my phone & have recommended buds to my cousin who also have a samsung device. I have had to adjust knowing which way they go in my ear since I don't wear them daily. It's a bit confusing because I forget easily.

The best earbuds ever. A must purchase. I have 2 sets now. Geart sound. Great battery life. Good distance.

Nice noise canceling headphones the only downside is you definitely need to put the app on your phone and follow the directions on inserting them in properly. If you don’t they will be uncomfortable and you will want to return them, once you put them in properly they are super comfortable and they have a six hour or more used life

Great service buds. The fitting can be a bit wonky and might take some getting used to. I'm not sure if they wouldn't say in for any vigorous activity but once you get a feel for them you forget they're in. The noise cancelling is only so-so as the speaker design doesn't allow for a snug fit in the ear canal. I would buy again at the return price of $100 but I wouldnt spend more and certainly not the list $160.

These buds are fantastic and misunderstood, they're not your typical type. But once you acclimate to they're unusual design and positioning in your ears they will reward with beautiful sound!! I got these through best buy for $79 if I'd moved a couple of days sooner could have had for $69. Take a chance they say refurbished but these were barely touched! I like to think of them as airpods without that ugly stem but with better sound and can still hear my surroundings! Simply Awesome!

Comfort fit in ears so im comfortable listening to music excellent experience for the ears.
