I am not a tech geek - I just want a phone that is easy to transition to and does the basics of text, phone, camera, etc. My Galaxy 5S died and I replaced it with this 2017 J7. It was a very smooth transition. Phone arrived in great shape and seems to be functioning well.

Got this phone for father in law because he's not into all the technology. The phone is easy to use and understand.

I like the way the phone look .I can only assume it is a good investment for the price.

I bought this phone to replace an old Samsung cell phone. I don't know much about smart phones, but this one appears to be very user friendly. I had to buy a SIM card for the phone since it wasn't included. My reason for 4 stars is because the phone didn't come with any kind of instruction guide as to how to use the phone. Being a first-time user, I had my son-in-law teach me how to use the features and the phone; otherwise, it's a super nice phone.

Bought this for my uncle and he still used it after 4 years. However, it's a bit slow because it couldn't handle new Android OS updates.
