My old tablet was okay but, the battery life only lasted for about an hour before I had to recharge it. At frequent times, it would turn off without any indication. The tablet I purchased from you has a lot more features than the other. As a person learning about technology, I have learned a lot by just playing and searching the internet. The tutorials are in simple, easy to learn format.

I'm so impressed with this product. This is my first Geek Squad purchase and the product is like new. It looks brand new and performs brand new. The purchase was a gift for an elderly (in their 80's) family member. This family member went from using a phone and TV to being connected to the internet via the Verizon Jetpack and this tablet. Embracing technology when one has never touched a keyboard in their life isn't an easy task. The Samsung 8.0 inch tablet is a perfect size for someone to hold when holdings things get harder and harder as we age. And even more so, it gets much more difficult to see and hear. This tablet has the ability to make the font size HUGE so that anyone with impaired vision can read it. The only drawback is that the icons don't also adjust, so they remain at normal size. If anyone has suggestions on how to request this improvement to Google or Samsung, please respond. Outside of that opportunity, this tablet has connected my family member to Facebook and he has started actively reading and responding to posts. He has also figured out on his own how to send a FB message! What a nice surprise to receive a little note in the middle of a hectic day...knowing the effort it took to figure out what to do and how to do it. I'm so impressed with how this tablet enabled that communication. Another priority and driving factor to this purchase was the ability for my family member to look at the pictures and movies I've converted to digital. I purchased the Samsung mini/micro usb cable to connect a jump drive. I then downloaded from the Playstore a file app that allowed us access to the jump drive. From there, he taps into the app, then finds his pictures and scrolls through them at his speed and pace. Additionally, I purchased Google Chrome to allow for the connection between his TV and the tablet. When friends come over, he can tap into Google Chrome to connect to the TV, then he goes to his picture applications and then they watch the home movies and pictures together. Living alone can be isolating. This tablet is beginning to open up a whole new world to my family member. Of course, as a new user to the internet and technology like the tablet, you must be patient with yourself because you are learning about something you've never seen nor done before. It takes time. But, this tablet will enable the ability to succeed at more communication with family and friends as well as the ability to catch up on news and world events, playing games, shopping (oh...watch that credit card!!), movies, creating, writing, drawing, you name it. It's all there with a download of an app and a tap of the screen. And the Geek Squad's product helped save alot of $$$. Good luck!!

I was looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy tablet but really didn't want to pay full price so I checked Best Buy's refurbished offerings and found the one that I ended up purchasing. I knew I would like the Samsung Tablet since I have a Samsung smart phone which I love. If you want an android tablet, I would recommend the Samsung 4 10." The tablet that I purchased was refurbished by the Geek Squad. It's been just like new. I have had absolutely no problems and I saved money too!

The refurbished Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 seemed brand new when we got it from Best Buy a few months ago. It has performed very well for us. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it streams video. It sits very nicely on the exercise bike handlebars on a laptop tray, for instance. The audio is reasonable for having it a foot or two away from your face. It has done well for browsing, playing flash games, email and other typical tasks over wifi. The battery life has been pretty decent and it has had very few crashes or freezes. The learning curve has been a bit lengthy for some of the controls or settings for some family members, but we have managed it.

I bought this refurbished Galaxy tablet for my middle school age son and it was an immediate hit. It is very easy to use and has adequate though expandable storage. Though it is small and compact, it is easy to read and manipulate. Also, it looked brand new though it was a refurbished model.

We got these refurbished tablets for out kids for Christmas. And while the kids have had fun with them, there have been issues with them. The batteries stopped holding a charge within a couple months, and they are very glitchy. Sometimes they start flashing and just turn off, sometimes they will not run any apps for a day or so. So, while the kids are not too upset, I still feel like we payed quite a bit of money for something that really does not perform.

It does almost all of what I needed it for It takes great pictures but I had to install photo editor to edit my photos Connects to my wireless printer easily At times it freezes up (mostly when I have several apps open at once)

Everyone in my household is able to use this tablet. I purchased it for my 59 year old mother, but I use it as well, as does my 7 year old and 3 year old. Beautiful picture quality and very light compared to the Note 3.

Google software is about the same as my phone. Very easy to use and consistent. Video and pic quality is very good and font settings make it easy to read. My only complaint would be it needs more memory as I need to clear memory all the time. Other models have more memory but I got a good deal on this model.

Tablet was ok for a refurbished product. Camera was well done, front and back. Only problem i had was at times the tablet would blank our but eventually comes back on aftwr restarting the tablet.

Great all around tablet, good size, performance and ease of use.

we got this to use our SpikeGPS on. it works as advertized and we've not experience any problems with it. great deal for a $150 device.

After purchasing and using a tab 4 7.0 8gb, I found I exhausted the memory fairly quickly and was also disappointed with the features not available in the 7.0 that are on the 8.0 and up. When I saw this refurbished unit offered at about the same price I paid for the 7.0, I snapped it up. Vast improvement in usability and I love the USB host capability!

This is a great tablet for what I use it to do. I 'm tech savvy enough to say that it was easy to set up and a breeze to use. I should have gotten a 10 inch though. The screen size is sufficient but I enjoy that bigger 10 inch screen.

It's a very good deal but only thing was this won't come headset if headset is their then it was the best

I took a chance and ordered refurbished tablets for my grandsons so I could get more tablet for my money. The tablets came nicely packaged, were in perfect condition and worked perfectly!

Got two of these for my kids for Christmas as an upgrade from their iPods. They have had a great time using them and they work like new even though they are refurbished. They are able to download free games without having any type of payment info attached to the account, so I know they are not making app (or in-app) purchases, like they did with their iPods.

Works like a charm. It looked brand new and worked right out of the box. Very happy with the overall purchase. Would definitely purchase again.

Love samsung products and this tablet is no different. Great item. Liked it so much I purchased a second on for my daughter
