This tablet is really nice, it does everything I need it to from surfing the web to playing my favorite games

This was a gift that I've been meaning to get for my dad since he does a lot of work online and in three go. I like it and he loves it

You have the reliability and ease of use of the name. The display resolution is not as high as the other Samsung line of tablets but that is why your price is not as expensive.

We bought two of these refurbished tablets. This review is for one of them (already created a review for the other, which wasn't a good review.) This one works fine so far and seems smooth and powerful enough for our needs.

Works great. Not high end but good for a lot of apps. Don't expect too much for high end games.

Great product, but it resets itself randomly all the time. I never know when it will do it so while I'm working it catches me of guard. I have to bring it back to a best buy store but I love far away from one so I have to leave work early just to bring it in to get looked at... I'll never try out a refurbished product again.

Works much faster than my Apple IPad 2. I plan to buy all Samsung devices from now on.

Product still has previous owner's Gmail account, photos, and other personal data in it. How is that "refurbished?!! Since I don't have the owner's e-mail password, I had to do a hard reset, and now it is stuck on a welcome screen and the touch screen isn't recognizing touch.

I was looking to upgrade my wife's tablet from a asus memopad 7. I happen to run across this tablet on sale on the Bestbuy site for $99. This tablet is a great buy even if you have to pay full price for it. No crashing, apps run fast, and easy to navigate. After coming from a 7 inch screen to bright 9.7 inch one, its hard to want to settle for anything less.

The iPad is totally great. No complains. I would buy it again

Very very very disappointed at best buy. Even though I bought a refurbished product I still expected the product to wok. The tablet I bought even said guaranteed by the geek squad I'm disappointed they let a product like these get resold. I will never again buy anything from best buy.

I love the tablet so far. The only issue is there's no such thing as mute! You can turn the sound all the way down, you can click mute all you want. There's always sound lightly in the background...
