Pros: Brilliant screen that sets the bar for quality, color and brightness. Amazing battery life, the best of all the 13 tablets I've owned over the last 4 years. Incredibly light, thin and compact, with very narrow bezels. Fast and responsive and the Samsung added apps are all a nice value that don't get in the way of using your tablet for productivity. So far, this tablet hasn't crashed or frozen up once. No other tablet on the planet can touch the Tab S 10.5 for it's overall compact size and weight. Not even Apple. Cons: Okay, I give Samsung a A- for overall build quality, just barely behind Apple's iPads. I give Samsung a B- for the gold-bronze trim, which looks like metal but is plastic. I splurged and got the 32 GB version, which only Best Buy seems to have. I also got a re-furbished unit and like all the other Best Buy refurbished units, the condition is basically new, with absolutely no signs of use, so the value blows away any iPad on the planet or any other tablet for that matter. Highly recommended! A+++

I have been using this tablet for both college and personal use. It has performed at or above my expectations for half a semester at this point. It is powerful enough to run any app I want, and Samsung's multi-window feature takes this to the next level for android. I would be shocked if this feature wasn't added to stock android at some point. I have owned several other Android devices, including Google's own Nexus 7 1st and 2nd Gen. I have given up access to the most timely android updates in exchange for Samsung's added features, and I have not missed it so far. I must say that I was less than impressed with android lolipop (5.0), even on Google's own tablet. So reverting to Kit Kat was actually a bonus for me. The battery life was another focus of mine, and this tablet performs very admirably with its large screen and high resolution. I use it consistantly throughout the day in a school setting, including keeping textbooks open during classes. I have yet to need a charge in the middle of the day, I normally make it home with more than 50% charge. The biggest caviat is Samsung itself. They load up their products with a bunch of stuff not everyone wants running. Most of it can be disabled which slightly offests the annoyance, but not totally.

The Galaxy Tab S is thin and light, making it easy to hold for reading or gaming. It runs apps very fast and the display is incredibly sharp with vibrant colors. I like the ability to set up multiple user profiles. The finger print scanner works well. The camera is mediocre as is the camera app, but i rarely take pictures with the tablet. The dual speakers put out good sound. The only negative thing about this tablet is that if I tweak the corners a little while holding it, the tablet bends just a little and shuts off, as if something inside is shorting out. This has happened a couple of times. If it wasn't for this, I would give 5 stars.

I was skeptical of the processing power and speed of a tablet prior to purchasing this Galaxy Tab S but not anymore. This tablet is just as fast as my laptop for my main computing needs. When I use it, I have it on for approx. 6 - 8 hours non-stop and so far the battery life has not been an issue. I've had this tablet about a month now and I am very pleased with it. Screen clarity and color saturation are great. Sound is great. The on-screen keyboard is bigger and better than I thought it would be. And the 10 inch screen size is ideal for my daily needs. More and more, I'm finding it way more convenient to take this tablet with me instead of my laptop. The biggest concern I had about purchasing this unit was that this was a refurbished model and I had never purchased any refurbished tech before. The price was too good to pass up so I jumped on it. So far, there's no hint of this performing any differently than a brand new one so I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought a refurbished version to use for presentations in my real estate business. It works great and looked brand new. Battery life is excellent and the micro SD slot is a big bonus. I purchased along with the matching bluetooth keyboard and it is almost like a laptop. Screen resolution is amazing. Blows my old iPad out of the water.

My Samsung Note 10.1 1st generation...suddenly just gave up the ghost...so I started looking for its replacement. This thing is soo much lighter, yet more powerful...and admittedly really good looking, too! We love it soo much...we are probably about to purchase another to replace my wife's Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 1st generation.

I purchased this because I was tired of looking at my small display on my cell phone. I also use video streaming and reading so this was a huge step up from my cell phone. It is light weight and very easy to use. Android based systems allows for a lot more applications that are the same as I used on my cell. The picture is nice and it is easy to use for all my routine functions like email, casual web browsing, FB, etc. Nice amount of memory which can be upgraded very easily for all those pictures I'm snapping with the build in came.

I must admit that I was not very confident when placing order because it's my first refurbished and Geek Sqad Certified purchase from best buy but I had faith on Best Buy so I went ahead and placed it and I am glad I did. It's really like new tablet and I think it works better than new and I believe it's because of rigourous testing from Geek Sqad team. Thank you Best Buy & Team, it really works great (atleast until today - 1st Oct 2015) and hope it'll continue to work like this.

So I have been waiting to buy a tablet. Looked at this one because I have the Galaxy S5. The ability to transfer my phone to the tablet is awesome. I really love the 32GB of on board memory. The fact that it was Geek Squad refurbished gave me some feeling of security and it wasn't unfounded. The tablet was in great shape with no dead pixels. Overall an A+ unit.

I previously had the Nexus 7 first gen and loved it. This screen is amazing the transitions between pages are snappy. I love that best buy has the 32 GB model as I've been putting everything on this thing. This is the best choice out there in this screen size.

I bought this as a present for my daughter. I was leery about a refurbished product but the price was right so i went ahead. I'm glad i did. The product was very simple in packaging and detail which really worried me quite a bit. But it was just perfect! Set up was a none event. Everything went great. There were no setbacks. I have to admit I will consider refurbish in the future. T The product itself is slim, easy to use and has a great user interface. There is nothing negative to say about it. Samsung builds an excellent product.

I bought mine online when they were on sale for $379. I was skeptical of it because it was refurbished and the price was so low. It came in a plain geek squad box with no manuals or paperwork. I have to say I was disappointed to only get a 1A charger instead of the oem 2A. Best Buy basically told me they only said it came with a charger and since they didn't specify, I get whatever they send... that attitude was disappointing too. I can buy the right charger but I shouldn't have to when I buy a geek squad item. The tablet looks like new and it works fantastic... should have bought 2 at that price...

Fast, brilliant screen, long battery life, charges quickly

Purchased a Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Tab S 10.5 - 32GB - Titanium Bronze tablet.This is the best tablet I have ever owned or used . except for a very tiny scratch on the screen can't tell from new.Very fast and reliable. No problems with apps loading or running out of memory. Fantastic Deal!

Have had for more than a year now and it has given no issues. It was a refurb and when I first got it was no working correctly.. it had been set for poor seeing user and was acting weird. I took it to the local BB and their Geek Squad fixed it immediately as they were familiar with the settings. I have had no issues with it since. Great tablet. Excellent screen, colors, and resolution. Good sound. It holds a charge well and can lasts for several days when I let it sleep. I only use it with wifi so can't speak about any cell phone use. I have added my wireless printer and can connect to other wireless devices at home without issues.

Really great tablet. Awesome battery life. I bought this to replace my kindle fire hdx because I was tired of being strapped to the amazon marketplace for apps and haven't regretted it yet.

Nice unit, nice picture, full size movie watching. I had problems in the beginning with this unit staying on my router. After about two weeks it got much better, could have needed some downloads. Other than that, it's a great Tablet with ''did I say full size screen''? Just the way it should be when watching with a super amoled screen.

Samsung - Galaxy Tab S 10.5 - 32GB - Titanium Bronze. it may have been Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, but you cannot tell it from new. I have been using it many hours a day since I first received it with absolutely no problems or issues. It is fast and has a beautiful OLED screen.

The 4K resolution is unbelievable and the speed of the processor is lightning quick!! Highly recommend this tablet. I had no hesitation on ordering a refurbished unit it looked absolutely brand new!
