I love my watch I just wish it would stay charged longer

For a refurbished watch it was pretty dirty. I didn't like the fact that I had to clean off someone else's grim. It was a great value.

Watch its awesome as a regular watch, but it doesn't have that many apps, Samsung should update and get more free apps compatible for the watch.

I purchased a refurbished watch. It was dirty and I had to clean and disinfect it but, it works just fine.

How can anyone, let alone a professional, put this in a box and call it refurbished? It was very dirty and the rubber bands were already to the point of disintegrating when touched. It was apparent to me that someone returned this watch because it was defective or used to the point where it does not work properly. It was not in a condition to sell it anywhere near the price of the brand new watch. The bezel wasn't even freely moving because of all the dirt! I have one that I bought brand new and love it. I ordered this for my mother (only bought "refurbished" because they were out of the brand new ones). The step counter is horribly incorrect and it has problems loading and connecting at times. I tried to keep in touch with her about it to make the return window but that hadn't worked out. Just unbelievable that anyone who deals with electronics would think that this is acceptable; I highly doubt anyone even looked at it before marking it to be resold.

My experience is battery must be charged every day and half. Otherwise watch is FANTASTIC!

Works great looks nice but the battery life is brutal.

This watch overheated, so many problems had to return for a refund !!!!!! This was suppose to be a Christmas Gift to my wife and she was very disappointed.

I get that it's refurbished, but it was shipped with an apple charger. The new watch says four to six day battery life, the refurbished says less than two days.

Would give it a 0. I wanted to save a little bit of money by buying a refurbished watch. I was all happy to receive it, but once I open the box it was a nightmare to start off it came with no charger and then it looked like it just came off from someone's wrist. It was very dirty plain disgusting. I would think with this pandemic they would at least sanitize the item but no was I wrong.

Horrible! Don't buy mine only lasted 4 days I had to return it also when it arrived it came in a sandwich bag, Also paid extra for express shipping but it came about 2 weeks later then it said it would. Just buy it some where else new for the same price.

just buy a new one. I don't think Geek Squad even examined these watches. We bought two. My husband's battery was dead and didn't charge. My watch had the previous persons messages, contacts and the face was banged.

I returned the item the very next day, It have scratched all over it.

Average looks . Furthermore this item didn’t come with box nor any related docs were available. Looks used and old. Pathetic!

Total waste. The phone is not charging and it's not refundable
