Regardless of many of the reviews that I've read that complain about the audio quality, build quality, battery life, etc, I jumped at the chance to purchase these. I will say, I've had none of these problems with these earbuds. The Audio Quality is great, the build quality is near-perfect (It's probably just me, but I seem to have a hard time hitting the touch-pads sweet spot), and the batteries function as long as they're promoted too. Some people think it's poor marketing to claim they're 13-Hour battery life when it's split up into three life cylces but honestly, even at work I'm not listening for full 4-hour segments and when I'm not listening to them, I'm tucking them away in the battery pod to charge them for what I spent.
I bought these for portability, and going true-wireless, and these fulfill that role wonderfully. The pod fits on your pocket snug, and the earbuds are comfortable in the ear. The fact that you can play music both phone-dependent and by themselves is also great, as long as you don't have over 4GB of music. The only disappointing thing about the hands-free music play is that it doesn't seem to remember your place in a track when you turn them off, and there's no way for actual track control aside from next/previous/play.
Really the only major issue, if you could call it that, is that I was sent this refurbish with two left-ear wedges. I have two left feet, not two left ears. This is fine for me since I use the the Large sizes, but for the next person looking to buy these be careful, you might get to right wedges.

Good sounding ear buds, love the ability to load music to the buds and not have to carry my phone while wearing them. Dont like the battery life 1 hour is terrible , the only thing is that it stays in your ear , pairing only one is side is a task. Easy to lose, they look nice and portable, now I can exercise without my phone around ... :-) !

I got these as a refurbished special so their reduced cost was what caught my attention. I do own a pair of Beats wireless earbuds but wanted something that was completely wireless. When I exercise I sweat and the cord from the Beats wireless earbuds always stuck to my neck so this is the reason that I wanted to try these. The battery life is shorter than other wireless types but totally worth it. I am not a gym rat so even getting an hour out of these worked fine for me. They fit perfectly in my ear and I liked that I can control the volume and play by swiping at the earbud. I really like that I can change the sound to be able to hear what is going on around me if I need to. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone wanting to try a completely wireless earbud.

I read all the reviews, good and bad, and bought them anyways. I wasn't very worried about the battery life because I don't spend more than an hour at the gym. They did stay in my ears pretty well and the sound quality was great. I was mostly excited about the HRM, I was hoping it would be live and even using the S Health app, it wasn't. After you complete your workout, it gives you an average heart rate... But after a week they started disconnecting every few minutes, which means you lost all HRM and workout data. Just couldn't justify dealing with them after spending that much and returned then yesterday.

Great headphones. Only downside is battery. I get about an hour and a half before they have to go back in the case to charge. Also if they sit around for more than a day or two they loose their charge. The sound quality is great and they are comfortable to wear.

A friend of mine had suggested these when he saw me fighting with the wires of my other in-ear headphones. I looked high and low for a discount and could never find one. One day I came across Best Buy's site and saw that they had some Geek Squad Refurbished sets for a reduced price and decided to try them out. The plain paper box arrived with the earphones, charging case, cord and small info guide and that was about it. I went ahead and charged them prior to trying to do anything with them. Once fully charged I fired them up and paired them with my Samsung Smartphone. They paired quickly and linked up with Samsung Health on my phone quickly. You can download music directly to the earphones so you can go sans cellphone but I wanted to see how they integrated with the cell prior to that. I set everything up for a 30 minute stroll around the track and took off. The earphones have voice prompts to give you certain info (distance, time, etc.) and it seemed to work well. The overall sound was good and although they are not noise cancelling they do block a lot of outside sound due to their in-ear design. The sound was good overall and seemed well-rounded. Calls answered through the headphones was okay, but wind was their downfall as it would cut out anything I was saying and the person of the other end was having difficulty hearing me. But the thing that did these in was that fact that they seemed to lose Bluetooth connection often even though my phone was in my pocket less than 3 feet away from the earphones. The fact that they also put a little too much pressure on my ear canal than I was willing to live with caused me to decide to return these for refund. Others may not find these issues with theirs, but for me I think I'll just wait for Samsung to come out with Version 2. Good Shopping!

These earbuds do it all: they teach activity, monitor heat rate and place music without needing a phone. Unfortunately, with all these features, the battery life suffers. Also, the "one button does everything" can be confusing and often leads to incorrect input. Overall, they are comfortable and the sound quality is decent. They also do a great job of staying in place during heavy workouts like running.

Loved these ear buds when they first came. Great fit and quality sound. My only issue is the battery life. They only last approx 1 hr.

I bought these earbuds for my daughter to use while studying. They sounded great to her when they worked, but she noticed they cut out repeatedly after about a minute of listening and continued to do so. She also thought they were a little to heavy to be comfortable for long study sessions, so we ended up returning them.

When I originally bought these I thought I'd use them for my everyday headphones for listening while I was at work. The problem was the earpieces would never fit right and made my ears sore even after as little as 5 minutes of use, so I returned them. Comply ended up making foam eartips for the IconX and I decided to give them another try. They now fit much better and don't make my ears sore as easily. However, considering I really only get an hour of battery life when using these, I ended up sticking to using them only when I work out, which is when they really shine. Paired with my LG G5 running Samsung Health, it can record my heart rate for exercises that my Samsung S3 won't, and not having any cords in the way lets me concentrate on cycling, running, and weight lifting without any distractions.

These have been my every day pair for my iPhone 7 since I got them, and they've been very convenient. Sound is pretty good, tips for the ear buds are pretty comfortable, and provide a decent seal (not completely noise-isolating, however), and they stay pretty secure in the ear. Taps register consistently, and connection with the phone is also very consistent. Only downsides are that battery life is somewhat short (about 2 hours or less without putting back in the case and/or recharging), and ambient noise mode doesn't work with iPhone. Those issues aren't a problem for me, so I'm very happy with these.

Good: fits pretty well, with different tips and ear loops; case is convenient and keeps the buds charged; paired easily with iPhone; consistent connection; tap(s) register consistently so easy to start/stop and advance/rewind.
Not as good: battery life is so-so (maybe about 2 hours straight, though with the case, you have more time); ambient noise mode doesn't work with iPhone.
Overall, my most convenient pair of earbuds/headphones for every day use. If traveling, probably would use noise-cancelling on or over ear headphones, but these Samsung wireless ones are great for day-to-day stuff.

These buds fit and sound great and the no wire is definitely a plus for working out. My workouts can be longer than 2 hours and these ear buds last only about 120 min.

Okay so i bought these on sale/refurbished, and they were in mint condition, they looked brand new....i love the feeling of no wires, but my only quirk about them is the battery life, i think they lasted 1 or so hours and then you had to charge them.

The Iconx is like wearing a fitbit in your ear. It syncs perfectly with the samsung fitness app and keep tracks of your position when hiking or running. Audio is good; better than the apple wire bud, but below the wireless beats by dre; the only sucky thing about the iconx is the battery life. it sucks!!!!!! I get about 1.5 hours while connected to my phone. That type of battery life is unforgivable. If Samsung fix the battery issue,I will be a fan for life.

So according to my wife (who had been lusting after these for some time), they seem to have a bit of a sound dampening quality to them but the battery doesn't last all that long...that said, they last longer if you don't keep them in the case as it seems to drain the earbud batteries faster than keeping them out of it. I find that odd considering this should be used as a carrying case for the earbuds. Otherwise, she loves them, thinks they're rather neat.

I read all the previous reviews about battery life, and yes it is short. But for working out (as these were designed for), they meet my needs. The original price was a little high, but the refurbished ones here on Best Buy were a great value. The sound quality is average (no bass), but they fit in my ears and are comfortable. I usually have problems with in ear headphones. So set your expectations before buying these and you should be ok.

Since these are the first generation, I'll try to be kind. I've had them for going on 2 years now, and really I only used them the first few months. The main reason is the battery life. The sound quality was great, and the comfort was there for me, but only getting about an album's worth of time wasn't enough for me to do much of anything.

I was in the market for a good pair of replacement buds for the gym and runs. I go these for a great price on BBY.com and could not pass them up. They fit well in my ear and I don't have to worry about a cord, but the battery life is short and the sound quality could use some help. Overall, I would still recommend them if you are looking forward earbuds without a cord.
